I like Kraits, they're iconic with their pointy laser wings. Or antennae. Or whatever those bits on the side really are.

What I'd really like is a Mamba. Got an email this morning from The Other Space Game asking me to buy some racing ship for silly money and I'm practically pining away for want of a pirate racing ship knock-off to fly around Bootes...

Kestrel Airfighter and the Falcon are my favorite. i like the ships that look like aircraft more so then the Dorito chips or flying triangles
