So, on the way from shinrarta to robigo, I explore on foot after finding some crash site. then the game froze. Heh, happened a few times already, restarting it and it usually ended up fine - I could tolerate it somewhat, I mean it's launch day.
I restart it and when I log in I am still on foot with my ship nowhere, searching the recall option on the insight hub and nothing there, but I found the call shuttle option, I think, why not try this one - that's also literally what the frontier support site says to do when you stranded on-foot on a planet.
I called the shuttle, drop off at the nearest station and then... I don't know what's next, can't find where I could find the transfer ship option, can't use the shuttle to return to where my ship is (as it's on an inhabited system).
After trying to look around and found nothing, I do a suicide mission, dead doesn't help, but my ship suddenly transferred from nowhere to shinrarta - the last place I dock before all of this, so I took the space taxi there... and... nothing.
Going to the lift, "no accessible ship docked".
I tried suicide twice. Once by getting killed after slapping a guard, the other from suffocation. Redeploy put me on either penal or closest station (depend on whether I died due to doing something illegal or not)
I tried Inter Astra, the only option it gives is "refresher on my flight training" after selecting that: "yes, I'd like to start the training simulation", and the guy just say "very good I'm uploading...." then nothing. It doesn't even give me the option to buy a new ship. talking with the guy only repeat the same thing. I tried at least 5 Inter Astra in 5 different stations (3 stations hop into shinrarta, on the jameson material and once after dying).
I tried loading the game on base and horizon, both give me fail to load - didn't even list where I am on the main page and it told me to submit a ticket to support when the problem persists.
Trying to submit a ticket, the option is gone from the support page.
