Completely transformed the game for me! It's awesome. My brig feels so much more high-end now. Jump into a system, and I don't have to hold a button to use the scanner. A.S.T.R.A does it for me when I ask. I also love asking about commodities. I love how she asks if I want repairs done upon landing.

I just can't recommend this enough. Doesn't necessarily have to be A.S.T.R.A you get, but seriously... If you love Elite, a voice pack can only enhance your game.

And yeah - agree completely about HCS voicepacks. I don't have Astra, but the ones I do have are fantastic and I love 'em. heh.

Brig is also a type of sailing vessel.

I'm definitely getting EDtracker next. VR is way out of my reach but I can at least get things like VA and head tracking.

Ah, got the final kinks sorted. Galaxy/system map wasn't closing on voice command, and the supercruise command was outright dead. Turns out there were a fair few errors in the official install guide video. The only mistake I made was following the video to the letter.

Luckily, awesome community being what it is, someone took the time to write a lengthy comment pointing out the errors, and what the correct bindings are. It's all 100% now. :)

Among all the personas that became available for VA, I, too, enjoy ASTRA the most. :)

And yes, the level of (bad word incoming) immersion with ASTRA onboard is incredible.

These days I alternate between Orion and Eli. They're definitely my favorites. :)

A.S.T.R.A has certainly changed how I fly. I now always enter supercruise before jumping to a new system, and I always set pips to full shields on landing, and full engine on withdrawal.

To put it simply, she's a tool that's massively improved my flying. Cannot wait to get EDtracker now.
