Though its an easiest rank to get nowadays. Got mine in ~1.5 days with long-range space bus passenger missions

I always thought those passenger missions increased your exploration rank? Is it trading rank instead?

If so might have to get stuck into a few. Always avoided them as I didn't want to squander my exploration rank progress
