I'm guessing they're busy with alpha 4 and getting the beta ready since they have set a firm date for premium beta . There is a twitch live stream this Thursday that may or may not contain stuff from alpha 4 (they could show it before distributing it, like they did with alpha 3 at the BAFTAs)
