I confess I purchased a bobblehead with my free Arx the other day. Yep got the 'old school' Thargoid one for ONE ARX. Then I found out I really don't like bobbleheads, find them distracting and a bit of an annoyance in cockpit and have subsequently removed them from all my ships. I know I could have contacted Customer Support and asked them to reverse the transaction but why should they do that, there is nothing wrong with the bobblehead. The blame is solely on me and I accept it (does this mean I have to leave the forums now because I accepted responsibility of my own actions?)
Under 28 days. With most non-consumables, you can return something new (not second hand) and be entitled to a re-fund; just because you don't like it. Example: A sofa, it does not go with your room, as you expected. You can return it. Some will state, that there are reasons, they feel that they can refuse refunds. But at the same time; where they do so, they also have to state. That your statutory rights, still apply.
Labelling these things as, cosmetics. May get around the return rules. Lipsticks etc., are not refundable, in theory.
