Hardware & Technical I need a decently priced small footprint space simulation cockpit for home, pls help

Hi everyone. I don’t know if this is the right place to post this matter but I have a question:
Is out there on the market any cockpit setup for home to use with HOTAS and rudder pedals, in order to have a complete immersion while in the ship?
What I mean is something decently priced, like no more than 300 Euros or so… that will offer armrests along with surfaces for joystick, throttle, mouse and keyboard.
I am very passionate about space sims in particular, and with flight sims also (I was also a glider pilot & light planes back when I was 16-18, probably this is why…) and I really want to get that cockpit feel which comes from having the control devices positioned as realistically as possible.
Any help (with links if possible) is greatly appreciated.

Thank you mohoc. The price is a bit to steep for me. It looks proper for my needs regarding the control surfaces, the footprint looks a little to big though. I am in need for something that leaves the display aside. I'm using my 45inch 3D TV as display (and by the way, ED is superb in 3D with head tracking also) which is firmly set on the wall.
Any idea if this thing I'm looking for even exists? I goggled around alot... with no luck so far.

If your chair has arm rests you could get some VESA pole mounts and clamp your hotas direct to that. Something like this:

Thank you Ravenov. This is indeed really a low cost version and an option vor many probably. What I aim for is something that allows me to place the joysticks slightly lower than the elbow. And also... have mouse and keyboard close and within reach. I've goggled alot these days and I started to lose hope that this thing that I'm looking for even exists. Maybe it is time for me to start a diy project like so many others.
Thank's again!

Have a look at the threads of people making their own, there is an advert on one of the threads for a chair with arms that holds at HOTAS set up (called Elite chair or something like that), sorry but I cannot remember which thread it is, but most likely on 'There is Only One's Build thread'

That setup needs about 5x5 feet (with 3 30inch screens) and can mount your TV instead of a 3 screen setup.

DIY is the way to go. If you want to keep the price low, go to your local junk yard and find a nice car seat. I got a leather seat from a 2006 BMW this way, much cheaper and much more comfortable (and adjustable) than all the rally / racing seats many of these rigs are equipped with. Then build a frame around it using wood and MDF.

Well, I’ve done it. I’ve gone DIY.
