I need a text to speech program

Ok I am fully aware of the voice attack Astra voice pack system that works with elite, but I have a ton of installed voices such as the ivona set but i want a program that is a bit more simple to set up where i say a phrase and it plays a set audio file to respond to me. If its able to activate keybindings even better but i am going to render 100's of voice samples that i want to interact with me ingame. without the fuss of setting up a profile in voice attack
