This game needs social tools . How is this a mmo ? Im at the community goal anf not a soul in sight. And when there is a few people nobody chats .
Me: anybody need a wingman
Followed by silence .
How does one actually find and make friends on this game ? Tired of flying alone especially during community goals ....

There are some magic tricks you can do to your interwebs things (it's beyond me), that help you instance with more people.

CGs should be loaded with players this time of night.
Mobius is usually a friendly bunch too.

I have loads of friends. It's just a Shane I've forgotten who most of them are. Lol

I think 2.3 Commanders multi-crew will help with this.

But there is so much for FD to do, so little time and money... I'm sure more social tools are on "the list".

Look at Twitch streamers who are playing Elite - especially people flying under Privateers Alliance. Very open and friendly peeps, who will gladly wing up for joined adventures. : )

I agree it does but the forums is the right place to come in lack of a better option. It's sad they didn't/couldn't implement something better to keep players together in-game but anyway. I'm lucky I know friends already who play the game.
