It's very important to me, because I got three replacements and all had the black level problem like his right display on both eyes.
The support now only offers me a refund but it's important for me to know if there any headset out there without this problem or is this simply the best Oculus can deliver and I have to live with this.
Most of the users who don't play game with a dark environments may not be concerned or even noticed this problem, but I bought it especially for Elite Dangerous and here, this is a major issue.
