I need help. I cant buy Alliance ships

Although I bought Horizons DLC and the game seems to understand it, I can't find a place where the Alliance Chieftain, challenger or Crusader are selled.

Even I have tried to go to Jameson Memorial and a few Alliance ports, but the ships are not listed in the Shipyard .

if you can land on a landable moon indicated on planetary map horizons is correctly installed as long as you have a planetary approach suite module fitted that is (usually come as standard) ensure you are starting the game horizons in the launcher not the base game on its own namely elite dangerous a noob mistake

Horizons - you need Horizons.

Your are right. When I try to land on a planted. The DRP marker is in red, and it means that i can't land, iguess that Horizons is not correctly installed.

The fact is that I have reinstalled the entire game 2 times and removed all files from before install.

Thanks, but it seems that i need to open a support ticket for this.

in the launcher itself are you selecting the horizons game selection bottom left of the launcher above where it says launcher version number
otherwise use the log of machine function in the launcher options details tab so your cloud account is refreshed

no that's just the beta correct place mind you it don't appear to be listed?
have you used the log off machine function up top in launcher options tab?

ok install horizons select (highlight)horizons an play yipee
you will need to rebind all your new controls for moonbuggy ect for fitting an SRV
