I give up. I moved my carrier to Lacaille 9352 and finally found some Bootleg Liquor missions. None of them had anything scannable on the ground though. Then i went on to even more irregular markers and minor wreckage sites. Nothing scannable.

Its just to frustrating and no fun at all. Buyordes are still open if anyone wishes to help.
