Next day, I came back on and lo and behold, there is nowhere to deliver the liberal aid to. I have traveled to every Felicia Winters prep/expansion system on the map, I have tried to sell my cargo bays, I have tried to sell my Type7. All thwarted because of this liberal aid albatross around my neck! Do I have to defect to rid myself of the cursed backpack of doom which is weighing my ship down, attracting interdictions asking me to dump my cargo (if only!) or die. How do I ditch it other than by defecting? [/COLOR]

Two options. Either deliver your liberal Federal packages to any control system you'd like to fortify (preferably profitable ones that need them). Hand them in via the power contact menu in any station of a Winters control system. Or just jettison your cargo at any place in space or docked in a station. You can do that in the cargo menu of the right HUD panel if your cargo hatch is powered.

Thanks, but nope, the Power Contact message I'm getting is: "You have no Liberal Federal packages to deliver", despite the fact that the same screen shows that their are units there -bizarre!

I have same issue was. I Think the liberal propaganda need for preparation, and in time Winters have no preparation. So this type commodity is useless in time. I'm only dont understand why i was able to pick up this commodity. I drop this in space all 280t.
