I regret to announce that I am leaving ELITE DANGEROUS and I no longer have the strength to still hope that the situation will improve after so many years.
In the last few years, you have proved that you can create an amazing work, but unfortunately you have also proved that it is not your strength to correct mistakes that are constantly repeated and more and more are added to them.
I love the Elite Universe as much as its story (since I've played previous titles), I tell and pass it on to the community for people who don't have an overview and don't speak English well. Mysteries, riddles, exploration, research, struggle, politics and more. it was what I really enjoyed and the background development "was" good.
And yet on this day everything ends for me for what I wrote above and maybe I will repeat it in another way.
Uncorrected bugs, new bugs, lack of content, and bad network code. New things that seemed like good progress turned out to be completely useless and useless (multicrew and anything related to srv). The content of the Guardians remained beneath the surface as it did millions of years before, and there has never been sufficient justification for how they were discovered, and all potential was certainly wasted. The same goes for Thargoid, Exploration content, PVP and many other dimensions.
Don't say you don't have the capacity for additional live code testing during development and debugging, I'm a developer so there's no need to lie.
The really last category is Odyssey.
The release of this title (not really it's an extension but a poorly made copy of the original title supplemented with part of another engine's code [unreal huh?]) Was at full price and what did we get?
An unfinished and non-optimized and frustrating product that has a problem and that is unfortunately YOU FDEV.
