I respect the designers who worked on the expansion but the level design is poor.

That buildings only have ONE entrance, that also serves as its exit, makes no logical or gameplay sense. I am one of the few people who understand Odyssey was going for immersive sim rather than FPS but now that my honeymoon phase is over I am really starved for the immersive sim gameplay I'm used to, one of them being discovering multiple ways into a building housing your objective. Some missions want you to go past multiple high security doors and then past an intruder barrier, all patrolled by the most annoying, no-work doing workers who just PRETEND to work by walking aimlessly around (guilty of this in the past myself, heh) when they should be busy giving their boss hell for the major fire/safety issues that arise from having only ONE EXIT.

We. Need. More. Ways. Inside and outside of buildings.

I feel like more was planned regarding this matter, and I say that because of all the roof access. For example:

I refuse to believe some talented level designer overlooked the fact that the buildings they designed only had one exit. I browse ArtStation all the time and see how talented these people are; it's time constraints and meddling managers that force them to cut corners by going "oops, ALL corners!" and not putting logical fire/safety exits in place. I also know there are far more important issues to take care of atm. That's fine. But Odyssey is an Immersive Sim; that's a hill I'll die on. But if it is such, we're gonna need a LOT more ingress/egress options.

And if not for us, then do it for the poor lazy workers with the funny yellow hats.
