I've been able to dock there for years now, its only recently that I've moved there from that backwater Sol system. :p

Its like walking into a supermarket which has almost everything (apart from Powerplay weapons?). So, so convenient. 8A Power Plant? Sure. FSD Boosters? Of course sir. Guardian Hull Plating? Why not sir, would you like another Challenger to go with it? With discounted rates? No worries about hunting for new ships either.

It even has a couple of material traders just down the road. I have found my new home, away from that noisy Sol lot. :D

Yep,

I deliberately stay away from SD cos it's full of riff-raff.
I used to sneak in, buy new ships and than slope off back to LHS 20, where I base my fleet and where my modules were all stored.
Then, however, I'd realise that I didn't have a suitable pre-engineered module in storage and I'd either have to find a new one using EDDB or schlepp back to SD to buy one. [sad]

In the end I capitulated and moved all my stored modules to SD.
At least, now, I can buy new ships, equip as many pre-engineered modules as possible from storage, buy any that I need and then get out of there without having to worry about whether I've got all the modules I need.

Still don't base my fleet there, though.
It's a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

I really tried to not move there, just one ship I said... but yeah it's just too convenient to not have all my ships there, lyr discount not worth it!

The Anaconda is the De Havilland Comet of the ED universe.

@OP - I only recently moved back to Jameson, riff raff seems to have vanished. Still prefer I-Sola prospect or Diagunadri though

Same here, despite having Shinrarta Dezhra as my original spawn point. (Kickstarter reward)
Although it helps that I'm not a "ship collector" kinda guy who needs to own all ships in the game.

And also because I'm an imperial player.

Founder's world is almost cheating, honestly. If it weren't for the absurd grind required to get elite ranks, I'd probably reject it just on principle.

Wrong, stock changes at all stations except Jameson & I-sola prospect. My home base is Diaguandri, stock levels are rubbish at the moment, no high level A-Rated modules, mainly B's at the moment.

Agree that Ray gateway is great tho, better than Shinrata when stock levels are good.

edit - Thursday tick so stock levels might be ok at the moment. Hit and miss though at that place.

Shinra is far more expensive though, never heard of Isola.
