The Keelback has a fighter launch bay?
It's supposed to yes. Not sure how many it can carry (or the FGS for that matter), but that's part of their eventual role.
I suspect Engineers will be very rep dependent after all the missions and their consequences are getting a makeover, maybe all them pesky pirates won't be able to "hire" an engineer because of their nasty rep
