I keep on meaning to do a lot of other stuff (anybody seen my kids?), but keep finding myself playing the game.
That's... fast. Do you scan anything on the way? I'm restricting myself to really interesting stuff, but I still need at least 1:15-1:30 for 1,000 lightyears. (And no, I can't blame the scoop for that, I just watched it carefully in the last two hours.)
Thats without stopping to scan any individual object. I am able to look at the System Map to see if it is worth stopping within that time (while the FSD is charging). I wouldnt actually do 2kl/hr for very long, as you have to concentrate. But I do a 1000ly plotted course in 25-30 mins (plus any time I stop to scan) then plot, pee, talk to a human, then do another stint. Maybe 1kl per half hour is more accurate, but who measures speed in half hours.
Edit: I used to be able to do 1000ly in 15-20 mins, but Witchspace time seems to have increased a lot recently.
