I think I've made a huge mistake

So I initially purchased the game when I first heard about it on Xbox, because I prefer to lounge and fly with a controller. But then with supercruise and every minute of my life suddenly gone, I desperately wish I could multi-task. Plus, in hindsight I have a 3-monitor eyefinity setup. What was I thinking!?

Anyway, so now I'm seeing this horizons xpac. Existing owners get a $10 discount PLUS a new ship... and since I'm just starting out that new ship is my primary driver. But I'm also not seeing anything about the xpac for Xbox... I'm looking at the frontier store and reading all the fine print and I'm not seeing any mention AT ALL about xbox. Do we get the xpac? Can we pre-order and get the cobra? I'm starting to regret my decision fairly heavily for not buying this for PC.

It will most certainly come for Xbox later. It's just not announced yet.

They should probably get the game officially released for Xbox before talking about expansions, don't you think? ;)

But yes...buying it for Xbox when you have a nice PC setup wasn't the best move IMO. :D

If it helps, I think the Horizons pack comes with the base game as well, so you're not buying both. Don't take my word for that though: await confirmation.

By the time it releases though I'll be so far into the game I won't want to start over. Unless I can download the base game now after purchasing the xpac (short for expansion pack, which is a pretty popular abbreviation, dc83). Where did you see info on that? I'll go take a look.
