I think modified gauss cannon underpowered

This weapon feels underpowered compared to others.Modified shard/plasma are much more powerful than the original.But modified gauss`s DPS same as the original and launch mode is strange.
I think it could be better if change fixed to gimballed or increase the damage of each shot.

A simple good change would be the same as on Imperial Hammers; let it autofire as long as you hold down the trigger rather than needing to release and reclick every time. Do that and remove the effective range nerf and it'd be pretty cool.
