I think my gpu is broken

I think if your GPU was broken that you would not be able to start up windows or get by the Bios for that matter.
Have you re-installed your GPU drivers? That would be where I started.
Check windows eventlog and look for errors and warnings regarding your ystem.
You can also run a dism scan to check if your system (files) are Oke.

If you are unlucky you might also be suffering from a failing power supply. Perhaps there is someone who can assist you in troubleshooting if you lack the knowledge.

2 years ago, i have been same case and i tried many solutions but it doesn't work.
i think my gpu has some issues. like shutdown in 3D loading enviromental.
the error appear at 2~5min from starting 3D graphics. (in lobby, it can be longer but start 3D graphics, then the error appear in a few seconds.)

umm.. yesterday, i tried reinstall window, and update window 10 to 11.
and reinstall graphics driver.
also, i tried all solutions from by searching "lowlevelfatalerror" and "ego dumper crash".
but i have still same error. they didn't work.
i'll buy a new gpu(rtx 3060 ti) today. i really hope it can solve my problem.
