If you are flying under 100 m/s and somebody collides with you and dies, you'll not be blamed for it, if you were flying over 100 m/s, well, break that rule again, a lot, you'll want to get AFAP away from the station.

LOL - I am flying around exploring in an unarmed Krait Phantom at the moment. I got a bit of shielding on it though, a 3D with the enhanced low power special effect.

Btw. speeding nearby and in stations indeed make you valid target if someone flying under speed limit hits you with purpose, especially in disposable one hit and its over ship, you are the culprit always...
