I unlocked the second and third island and when i entered isla muerta my game keeps crashing

Dear staff.
I already unlocked some days the second and third island, but wanted to go yesterday to isla muerta for the first time and my game crashed immediately.,
It keeps crashing each time when i wanna go there. Today i tried to load some earlier save game on the first island and those keep crashing also. Is there any workaround to solve that? I am now reinstalling the game to see if it helps.

Which version of the game are you playing? Steam? Epic Games Store? PS4? Xbox One?
