I've said some stupid things on this sub-forum lately.

It was idiotic of me.

I just got overwhelmed by the change, that I went plain loony.

I should've thunk before I acted, but I let my adrenaline fuelled rage take over me.

I've taken a short break from the game, and in future, any thread I make will be me asking for help to adapt to the new game build.

I am very sorry about my recent behaviour, and to anyone I ###### off.

I hope you will still have me.

You got overwhelmed by the change and went loony? Perhaps, but you're far from the only one.

But you're the only one I've seen so far who apologized. Kudos for that.

And don't wait too long to adapt to Engineers. I'm afraid that once we have become accustomed to that (and FD has put some work into the bugs), we'll be hit with a lot more stuff.

Hey Alicorn

It takes a lot of stones to apologise - I applaud your attitude.

Asking for help - as opposed to some of the approaches I've seen recently - is also worthy of praise and will generally net positive results.

For what it's worth - if there are any tips I can give, I'm happy to.

Change is scary and sometimes frustration gets the best of people. Just human.

My only advise is to remember it for the future. Not only with Elite, or other games, adapting to change and coping with it is a hard to acquire skill that will serve you in many aspects of life.

And I fully understand your frustration. I have found myself very upset a few times with certain aspects of 2.1.

Very glad you have settled in, and really hope you find the fun, and enjoyment that is out there in 2.1.

Young man, ( I take the liberty of calling you that, as due to me being in my 60's, no offense ment)
Many times in my past I have allowed my temper to take over (being a Marine doesn't help either), and most times regretted it later.
The most important thing is, you realized it and were man enough to admit it and apologize for it, hence you have my respect and rep.

i get annoyed sometimes too, i love the new game-play in 2.1, i love the risk and danger, but not today, lost 3 anaconda's today, 45m gone whooa.
Still love the changes, but just maybe tweak those deadly Pythons down a bit eh.

I'll have to think about this Alicorn... I dunno. If you were as stable as me you'd NEVER go loony and go on a rage-fuelled crusade on the forum.... oh wait. You're forgiven.

Rep Alicorn, had a few rants myself here (mainly directed at a certain sub section of the community (emphasis on sub!)) I really hope you can get to a point it's fun for you. If not I recommend checking out No Mans Sky when it's released.
