I want to help translating Chinese, how can I do ?

Thanks a lot for wanting to participate to the localization process on this game! There's a part of this forum dedicated to translation but there's no Chinese section (yet?):
FDev seems to have a localization department but it should be quite limited. You might send a request to the group in order to get their contact.
Now for the harsh part:
Working myself in that domain (for another company) our localization department outsources all the languages we don't take care of in-house. That process requires to have some shared tools with the translation companies. As for now, the trend is to use web-based interfaces such a Memsource in order to share a termbase. It also uses machine translation which has a cost per word. The translated dictionnaires will then have to be reviewed for quality, adding to the cost.
All of the above is quite an investment which FDev might not be able to make for now.

It'd be good if games could be written to allow personalisation of some if not all menu's so that users could at least do this themselves.
