I want to Oppose !!!

In the following Picture is states to Oppose I must Destroy Alliance Diplomatic Ships in this System (19 Leonis Minoris).

I travel a very long distance to do this. Experience doing this. When I get here, I don't see anything that fits this description.

So I ask:

Where do I find "Alliance Diplomatic Ships"? Am I too late? Anyone else having trouble finding these ships In 19 Leonis Minoris ? :S

But, why would you want to oppose the Alliance? We're all about peace and free love!

Still, if you're one of those uptight sorts who hates fun, then the way you oppose us is by looking for ships in the "contacts" tab, scanning them, and if they pop up as Mahon ships then you interdict them and shoot them down. Which is pretty rude, if you ask me.

A much better idea is to interdict them, hail them, and ask them if they fancy going for a beer. They're Alliance pilots. They'll say yes. You'll wake up three days later with a blazing hangover, a grin you can't wipe off your face, and pilots from your old faction chasing you because you've defected to Mahon ;-)

So I thought of this already...(to interdict)... so your saying ... any pilots that are with Edmund Mahon are "Diplomatic Ships"? wording can throw me for a good one... all the time.
