Do you see the barely visible blue ring ? What is this it can't be the rings from the star in the center i am 40+ls far away ! i didn't dare to approach any more i scanned all moons from this distance
 
Some stars do indeed have rings, and this could be one of them. Especially around stars, some rings can be several light-seconds away from the stellar body itself. Detail-scan the star, check the system map and see the readout for the star's rings.
 
I think the star looks off center to the massive ring, but it could just be perspective. Asteroid fields and stuff like that should be on the system map.

A tad rare, but those exist. The one pictured below had isolated and distinct Rings - SuperCruise traversal inbetween them was possible. Can't bet on that, though (seen other cases as well).
