It would be best at this stage, yes. It's pointless.
I was bored so I submitted an issue for broken cosmetics that irk me... and the Issue tracker is broken

I would say from Fdevs point it's working as intended as less things are being reported , so they can say look at the numbers we are getting better at it .
In a situation like this a simple and clear “we intend to fix it” or “sorry, it’s a wasted dev time to fix the tracker“ message would help a lot.
People could at least stop wasting their spare time trying to help and make the game better.
Ignoring the bugs and the bugged reporting tools and ignoring the forums and players is a strange way to support the game.
The worst part is that even though people are trying to help - they report, try to recreate and look for bugs - all their effort is wasted in the end.
The only thing that is a certainty is total radio silence from devs and CMs.
