I did mention I would return to the thread if my ticket was ever resolved and although I Have recovered most of what I lost that day I would not have expected to get the email I did a couple of days back. here it is to show they do eventually listen to old tickets and I thank FD.

So sorry for not getting back to this ticket sooner, we've recently made some changes to our system and found this ticket.
Hopefully I have good news, I've taken a look into your deleted account and can see your Anaconda, Imperial clipper and Viper still there.
All up it shows you as having 190 million credits in balance and assets!!
It's great to see you've recovered from this loss but I feel like we need to reimburse you for this loss.
I've attached a screenshot of your previous accounts total assets.
Please accept 190,776,474 Credits that I've transferred over from your previous account. This brings your current balance to: 264,915,800 Credits!!!
