I wish I could have stayed longer to see X animal...

Most of my refunds after the latest patch is based on unhappy guests. Looking at their thought panel, it said "I wish I could have stayed longer to see x animal."

Guest needs are all green.

What does that thought mean?

I've only ever seen that when I have an animal in my trade center but not in the zoo, and that's only happened to me if the animal in the trade center is associated with the current zoo (i.e. it's one I DID have in the zoo at some point). Been reports here in the forums of people getting that message and refunds even when there are animals in perfectly fine habitats since today's update though.

Unspecified refunds?

I am HAEMORRHAGING money through refunds. I thought with the update I could see the problem and maybe see where this is occurring but all my refunds are "unspecified" which doesn't help me. Does anyone know what this means? Also my animals are escaping inside the pens and still glitching to...

I've paid attention to visitors leaving my zoo and I actually have seen quite a few who have the message "I wish I could have stayed longer" to see animal x, y or z in their thoughts list, for animals I do have out in the zoo. I've had NO refunds for this though, the visitors have left happy despite that thought being in their thoughts queue and they haven't requested refunds.
