I wish i didn't get so easily distracted by shineez...

Ok so finally made it to Eta Carina as I fancied taking a few nice pics - and what happens?? Same as always. Flick to the galaxy map and suddenly get distracted by shineez something. In this case a big blue shineez, about 350ly up on the z. So I never even enter Eta Carina, even tho I've been looking forward to getting there for days!!

Arrgh!!!



On the way to new shineez I happen across a cool Ammonia world which was nice...

Nebulae are nicer to look at from a far anyway, they are boring inside. Much prettier outside.

If you don't want to be distracted by shineez, I recommend heading to the other side of the Galaxy. I haven't found any black holes for ages now. Nebulae are few and far between and I've found 1 (one) Neutron star in the last 1000 jumps or so, and the number of solitary M class Suns with no planets is ludicrous.

But I plug on regardless.

When they're that close together just write down the name of the shiny so you can find it again, carry on to the nebula and then go to the shiny.

I leave nebulae to the tourists, they dont float my Asp, however stars do, the more in a system the merrier. I find myslef just staring at them....
