What I initially identified as a low level systemic conflict in Ross 780, has proven to be affecting at least one other nearby system. It has been a hectic last 36 hours. Both sides of the conflict are running Python squadrons backed by the occasional Federal drop ship. Their escorts are Vipers and Eagles, with Asps and Cobras as Cruiser counter and fighter net suppression.
To ensure the stability of the Federation, it is imperative that all ranked Federation Commanders provide support of the following key Federation partners in these systems. Both factions are capable of providing lucrative contracts for patrol work. Sector authorities pay out 3000 for each war zone kill.

A Commander with a steady source of hardware nearby could dramatically shift the balance in the systems in fairly short order.
