Nationalism Sweeps over Montet!
The Syndicate-War weakens local Communists.

After the joint declaration of war for freedom and order, the local populace of Montet has embraced the idea of a Greater Montet that rules the neighboring systems in a bid for peace and order. With the Federation backing the idea, this might foreshadow a growing threat in the Pacts rear as some already mutter the idea to form a proper interstellar republic of closely-aligned systems. And indeed, some envoys have been sighted in surrounding systems to seemingly expand the ruling parties influence there.
Female Secretary Spencer Morales assured the local communist party of her full support. Despite the loud echo of public propaganda to enforce social conformity, they will try to stay relevant in the media with social programs to aid people left behind in the wake of war and with an open policy about all events in the war.
Nationalism is a scourge the Communist Interstellar Pact has put aside eons ago, but while it once again riles up the hearts and numbs the minds of our neighbors, we look to the stars to join them in the fight against our treacherous enemies, joining hands in the fight for freedom and against those that stand for the ideal of 'Might makes Right'.
No matter if this new nationalism might incite future conflict, today we stand as brothers and sisters. Together we shall wipe out the pirate scourge around Manite!

The Federation Descends!
Montet's Advance Fleet joins the battle in Lu Dong Bin

With the forces of the Communist Republic of HIP 86385 getting the brunt of the hasty invasion and taking heavy losses against the fully militarized Silver Group of the CSB-Syndicate, the arrival of the Montet Advance Fleet has sparked new confidence inside the alliance. In a united effort, both forces pushed the influence of the Syndicate way back from the local jump beacon into the later half of the system around their station, enforcing a quasi blockade of the system. Now all that is left to do is to destroy the 'pirate scum', as local fighters have declared.
Principal Jeffrey Rhodey, the coordinator of the Communist Republic's effort noted that Montet might have taken the lead of the military operation for now, but the bridgehead of Lu Dong Bin would be under the administration of HIP 86385 past the initial push with the Montet fleet advancing on HR 6680 in the later stage of the invasion to free the people and incorporate them inside their soon to be Federal Stellar Republic.
With the relations between the alliance members at a new all time high, no one doubts that all agreements will be honored by the parties involved and the first signs of change sweep through Lu Dong Bin.
While the amount of liquors have increased to fuel the local soldiers spirits, the amount of smuggled weapons droped with the help of new perimeters and some traders that supply the front line nearly feel safe.

Argeno Transport Solutions Bites its Steward!
Economic Treaty of HIP 90212 violated!

First there were only hints, then there was sabotage. Now the Argeno Transport Solutions has official declared its will to 'privatize' the assets of the Hapats Labour Union in 90212 in an attempt they justify as 'getting back our money' because of quotas for wares they feel should be freely distributed.
The local branch of the Argeno Transport Solutions had a hard time in the fully controlled system, but while the Hapats Labour Union has nothing to do with its governance, it is employed as the guardian for the economic quotas.
An intense smuggling operation has begun, delivering wares while ignoring local duties and importation laws. If the Hapats Labour Union doesn't crack down on this insubordination, their own authority in HIP 90212 might be called into question. But for now they seem to have the situation under control. Several speed-delivery transporters have been confiscated or destroyed and over twenty pilots have been incarcerated.
With victory on the horizon, many expect hard retaliations after this unimportant crisis has been dealt with. As punishment the Argeno Transport Solutions faces the immediate danger to have to leave the system alltogether. They wouldn't be the first company to be denied access to internal markets of the entire Communist Interstellar Pact after a betrayal of confidence.

Cowardly Assasination Sparks Civil War!
Social Aid convoy destroyed in Kaia Bajaja.

The sad news of the destruction of CSC-78-D, the local social welfare convoy send to distribute goods to the poor inside of Kaia Bajaja in the name of the Peoples of Djambarex' Republic Party, has reached its climax. After first allegations were met with silence, the Purple Bridge Exide Corporation has claimed full responsibility for the incident. Shifting the blame to the convoy, they declared that the convoy denied to pay the local duties meant for the goods they were to sell in their markets. After this had been ignored and the convoy entered their area without allowance, they opened fire.
Sarina Shaw, a lower executive of the Republic Party had a hard time to hold back her anger. „What gives those vultures the right to claim duties on products made to be distributed for free? Those poor people would never have been able to pay for their rigged prices anyway. There wasn't even any chance of an infringement on their 'markets'. They shot us on the premise of us being Communists! We will not stand for this contempt of human lives at home or abroad!“
First fights have errupted around the local station of Krusvar and their army quickly spread too thin to stop the agile fighter pilots of Djambarex, delivering wares without duties. With the retaliation forces taking the lead, the Purple Bridge Ex was forced to sell major reserves of gold from their mining operations. If this continues they might have to declare the bankruptcy of Krusvar.
The Kaia Bajaja United Corporation declared a personal stance of neutrality. Manager Logan Douglas confirmed that this did not infringe on his companies claims to the system and that their competitor had invoked this trade war themselves.
„As long as our assets aren't violated, the KBUC will not intervene in the current conflict between the PDRP and PDEC. Of course we all heard the reports of the current assets of PDEC. If they have to file for an isolated case of bankruptcy, the station of Krusvar would be up for a fair auction. I have no doubt the PDRP will demand compensation, but they will have to make a fair offer themselves if they want to claim the local markets for their social welfare programm. We will send them the financial catalogue involved.“
On the question if the KBUC's statement meant an acknowledgement of the sad state of PDEC and foretells a quick end of the war in favor of the People of Djambarex Republic Party, the Manager replied: „Success depends upon previous preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure. I share this sentiment of a very wise man. Let's just say we believe our competitors to be lacking some foresight.“

Political Expansion Imminent!
Tjupali-Anagori accession opens Horizons.

The admittance of Tjupali and Anagori to the Core Sector of the Communist Interstellar Pact has been followed by what some call a domino-effect. With the peaceful takeover of both systems, old diplomatic ties remain yet unsevered and social welfare programs are already on the way.
Several neighboring systems did show clear interest in joining in as well, but still wary of either local suppression or the utopian ideals of the CI as a whole. This week's wisdom will be devoted to those still following the superstitions of the past. We are not your enemy! If we come, we come to you in friendship and with direct neural democracy. Don't be afraid to ask for rights, don't be afraid to expect others to respect your dignity. Communism is the future, the signs are clear!

CIU-Party opens new Branch!
Political Party Admission accepted in Inino

With the recent success in Anagori and Tjupali, the CIU has decided to expand the old minor offices of the previous government inside the United Workers Confederation of Inino and Mi Hsing Wu. With their submitted application for the oncoming elections accepted, first followers and supporters of an admittance to the pact are gathering behind them, reaching up to 8% in the first polls among the citizens of Inino. Mi Hsung Wu, the equitable partner of the confederate union, decided to not allow the CIU-Party in their oncoming elections themselves.
„We always believed, that our two governments will stay together and will tackle the dangers of the border. We still believe! The decision of Inino is its own and one we can respect, but we will not follow its example. This union was build on federal rights and the trust in each other and we will adhere to this idea by not allowing the communist party to attend the next elections. If the people of Inino vote for the end of our union, so be it, but we will not follow them on their path to self-disempowerment. We hope the people of Inino see that strength lies in our diversity, not in self-imposed unity and will support their ruling party that has proven to be liberal, fair and open-minded. There is no reason for the Confederation and its citizens to join the pact, there is nothing for us to gain.“
How this will affect further relations with Inino's federal partner is unknown, for now all parties prepare for the elections and no one will make the mistake to underestimate the political capital the CI-Pact can muster.
The hearts of Inino can not be won by war, and if there is a way to ever convinve Mi Hsing Wu to join the pact, the CIU has to adhere to the rules. It would be a grave mistake to destroy the trust that has been build in the last years. A trust that allowed the admittance of the CIU-Party to the elections in the first place.

The Battle of Lu Dong Bin
The Frontline reaches Daniel's Prospect

The whole invasion force of HIP is now inside the system of Lu Dong Bin, relieving Montet and its advance fleet from the responsibility to lead the attack. With the alliance now controlling over half the system, the frontline of Lu Dong Bin has finally reached the local outpost of Daniel's Prospect. The Lu Dong Bin fleet is slowly faltering and the imminent assault on the station can only be a week, if not days away.
This success is overshadowed by the heart-wrenching reports from Mawai, where a local resistance under the Mawai Labour Party has been assaulted by the Mawai Jet Mob, which keep the house clean, while their overlords, the Silver Gang, is engaged elsewhere. Unless some independant pilots come to their aid, the local resistance might crumble before it had a success to bloom, leaving Mawai to rot until a military advance by the alliance can muster a final invasion to free its inhabitants.
Meanwhile Montet's now unbound fleet launched an invasion of Khrudiyu with their initial success quickly claiming a good quarter of the whole system. This sudden attack surprised the local Blue Partnership which expected to remain 'the last man standing' as it was placed in between the two frontlines. Montet's strategists stated this to be their folly, admitting to the plan of severing the ties of the Syndicate and destroying supply lines by overwhleming the Blue-Sector, the Syndicates weakest link.

The Rusamai Prison Remains Unopposed!
Kumbai Labour sabotages HIP 91085 efforts

With the archaic idea of prisons instead of rehabilitation still a major part of our galaxy, the HIP 91085 Union had decided to address this matter in Rusamai directly, asking them to let the pact take care of those misguided individuals that they claim to be rightful prisoners. As is conduct, the CI-Pact had issued a formal request for authority in the system offering a laid out plan for the future of this prison colony, to turn it into a haven for rehabilitation.
The Kumbai Labour party, a self-proclaimed local and democracy, has undermined this effort at all costs. Instead of uniting against this outdated practice, the Kumbai Labour party insisted of Rusamai being put under their jurisdiction, most likely to get rid of their own opposition forces they claim to be irremediable and need to be cut out of society as a whole.
The local authorities abused this situation, claiming that no jurisdiction can be revised until they know who they will address. With both parties lobbying to be the spokesman of democracy, this will last a while, leaving the poor souls to rot in the shadow of this needless conflict.

Profane Shakedown on Priests!
The Society of Wunii replaces Lu Dong Bin's Silver Gang

With the war against the CSB-Syndicate turning hot, the already hard pressed Silver group has lost any authority in the space around Wunii. Their shares in No Choen are now solely the turf of the mafia known as 'The Society'. With their new rise to power in the region during the potential dusk of the CSB, several priests in HIP 83163 have reported shakedowns and active assaults on religious institutions if no protection fee was issued. The normally peaceful church has called for a eleemosynary crusade against this foul practice to restore the peace. „This does not violate our faith, for we will only retaliate against aggressions. We can not let these people dictate our lives, even if some of us have to sin in the eyes of the lord. Our faithful shall not be persecuted ever again. These criminals will soon see the error of their ways, when our revered knights deliver us from this madness and shoulder the burden of our sins. This is our home now and no quarter will be given!“
With the clear stance of the Celtic Orthodox Church towards the invaders of Wunii, they clearly show that they don't intend to turn their other cheek to these vile criminals.

Lu Dong Bin aflame!
Final assault initiated to drive out the Silver Gang

After the preparations had finished and the previously damaged ships had their overhaul, the commander of the 'Red Fleet' ordered a full on assault on the system. With two thirds already under control and the station under siege, squadrons swarmed out to attack remnant guerillia and supply smugglers. When addressed about this final assault, Lady-Commander Blerta Dibra assured that this battle was already over. Unless the Silver Group or their allies would send a relief force, the besieged would need to charge at them and await their own death or give up in the following days.
With the Silver Group engaged in an all out civil war in their capital of Mawai between their junior partner and three different rebel factions and Montet besieging Blue, only Crimson could come to their aid. And we have it on good authority, that they suffer the same problems as the Silver Group in Mawai, just with less infighting between the local rebel factions. The people inside the Syndicate feel that change is finally coming, that now is the time to stand up for their freedom. Lu Dong Bin will only mark the first of many defeats for the CSB-Syndicate and will only groad the people into further rebellion. No one aboard the 'Red Star' doubts that piracy in this sector will soon be but a minor inconvenience and memory.

Trade War over Maiphu!
Maiphu Jet Dynamic Holdings attacks local union

The Workers of Manite Labour Union, responsible for enforcing the workers' rights inside of the Maiphu system under rule of the Dukes of Mikunn, has been openly opposed by the JDH of Maiphu. With first attacks on their local security force under way, this doesn't even compare to the minor transgression of the Argeno Transport Solutions in HIP 90212, as this is a clear declaration of war. Surprissed by this sudden assault, the WMLU has been pushed into a defensive position.
Workers all around the system are afraid of this conflict and appeal to the Dukes of Mikunn to step in and enforce order, preferably in favour of the labour unions and against the corporate aggression.
If the situation will destabilize the Dukes rule or just marks a minor change in local politics remains to be seen. For now weapons resound inside of Maiphu as lasers and cannons are loaded for a decisive confrontation. The JDH will not back down and neither will the pact.

Argeno Transport Solutions defeated!
Independant Hapats Labour Union now on the Mend

After the Argeno Transport Solutions incited a trade war against the local economic steward of HIP 90212, the Independant Hapats Labour Union has reclaimed full authority of the local markets it was tasked to oversee. Severe punishment was dealt and the Argeno Transport Solutions has been deprived of half their shares in the system and tremendous fines have been issued. If they can't recover, they might need to shut down their local business altogether.
Some call out for this punishment to be too lenient, seeing as the IHLU diverted massive attention to this needless task and now faces an increase in criminal activity. Minor smuggling factions and pirates used the moment to undermine the economic treaties as well, causing Civil Unrest to spark.
In a statement that can only be seen as clear determination, the IHLU has issued these weaker elements will soon vanish in a focused effort, now that the real enemy has been beaten back.

Rusamai faces united front again!

In a secret meeting between the Kumbai Labour party and HIP 91085 Union, both parties agreed that the true value in this conflict should be to improve the people's lifes. As the political debate between the two was abused by the local Rusamai authorities to shift blame and hide their corrupt dealing with despots around them for incarcetation, the two parties united again to shut down this practice once and for all.
In their bid to heat up the conflict between the two parties, Rusamai's penal colony achieved the contrary and both parties are willing to once again do anything in their democratic abilities to enforce the shutdown of this blemish for our region of space. Democracy shall pave the way to true freedom and one day we will all join as brothers and sisters.

Anagorovici Fortune Commodities fights CIU's expansion in Inino

After the CIU had announced its candidacy in the oncoming elections, the Anagorovici Fortune Commodities corporations had announced to oppose another infringement on free trade in the region. While this could be called a simple piece of mind of just another influential member inside the confederacy, the AFC actively enforced this policy by denial of service of proven communist customers and the direct dismissal of their own workers if they were even considered friendly with a labour union or the communists.
With the local government remaining silent, abiding by their ideal of non-intervention in economical concerns, the CIU has mustered its capital and weight to call for all-out strikes, offering payments to all loyal workers in return for their will to enforce their beliefs. With an economical behemoth like the CI-Pact, this strike may very well go on forever. But with sanctions already set in motion against the AFC, the company might soon crumble. Any ships trying to smuggle goods of the AFC into the pact territory are called on to turn around or be shot down. The CI has a reputation to enforce its warnings and thus it would be unwise to be ignored. With all these corporates on the rise and in defiance of the people's will, it is important we look to the past and to those that experienced this madness before!

Daniel's Prospect Falls!

The Silver Gang loses control over Lu Dong Bin

In less than a half week, the besieged Silver Gang has surrendered their base in return for an undisputed retreat to Mawai. With most of their assets intact, the fight in Mawai can only become much more intense once the next invasion has been prepared.
When questioned about her display of mercy, Lady-Commander Blerta Dibra pointed out that the base was more important than the destruction of the enemy fleet. If she actually expected the Syndicate to go through with their threat of detonating Daniel's Prospect is unknown, but it will certainly help to defend this humane act in the face of her superiors. As will the actual explosive charges secured around the station and its core prior to letting the last group of pirates evacuate the premises.
In light of the still ongoing rebellion inside their last stand of Mawai, the Silver Gang will most likely lack the time to strengthen their fleet anyway. It remains to be seen if this underlying strategy will bear fruit. For now the blockade is lifted and fresh supplies flow into this small outpost of communist space in the deep dark to fortify it and prepare a final assault on the Silver Gang.

Howe Landing Ceded!
The Purple Bridge Exide pays recompensation for murder

After the Purple Bridge Exide had sparked a trade war with the Peoples of Djambarex' Republic Party by shooting down social aid ships in orbit of A2, the conflict has finally been settled. In a desperate attempt to prevent bankruptcy and to end the undermining of their markets by the enraged Republic Party, the PBE ceded its control over the planetary market and colony on A2 under jurisdiction of Howe Landing. As A2 was the main reason for the social aid convoys, this symbolic gesture and the retreat to its core business outside of politics aboard the Krusvar Plattform might lead to a new beginning for both parties.
Behind the curtians, people speculate about a coup inside the company which was at the brink of destruction. Now, willing to coexist, both parties are certain they can keep up friendly and formal relationships with the communists taking care of the people and PBE of their own 'actual' business. Yet we remain vigilant as businesses change and a word is nothing more than a word. The ink over the Howe Settlement isn't dry and the hearts still shaken. We will be watching.

Question of Authority!
IHLU and Citizen Party of Adju claim Wakal

In their united attempt to bring down the pirate base of Kelly Landing in Wakal, the Independant Hapats Labour Union and the Citizen Party of Adju have engaged in a heated debate over the future jurisdiction of the system. While Adju advocated for their close proximity to incorporate the system into their sector, the Labour Union indicated its huge achievement for workers all around their local sector and its non too far further proximity.
With this shameful display of a power quarrel amongst not only allies, but brothers and sisters, both parties should be excluded from this endeavour altogether. Yet, the war against piracy should never rest and with no other party ready to take up arms against Wakal, both parties decided to leave the matter to a universal vote of the pact members. This ushers in the Wakal Election to determine the future leader among the two squabblers.

Labour Laws Guaranteed!
The Dukes of Mikunn endorse the WMLU in Maiphu

After the local corporations actively rebelled against the interference of the Workers of Manite Labour Union, the Dukes of Mikunn stepped in, endorsing the privileges of the WMLU and demanding the corporations to step down.
With this huge display of support, all further opposition was silenced in a moments notice. Now Maiphu returns to peace and prosperity for all, as the local corporations are once more forced to respect the worker's rights. Nothing shall endanger their basic rights as long as the pact is watching.

Strikes in Inino Successful!
Anagorovici Fortune Commodities gives in to the CIU demand

With the coordinated strikes and full out blockade of the AFC assets, the company was forced to give into the pacts demand shortly after the Trade War had begun. While the workers returned to work, the AFC tried to depict itself as the victim of an evil communist bully threatening Inino's way of life. While this made the government finally step in on their side and prevent a united initiative of the local opposition to change the labour laws in the people's favour, the people themselves have united behind the ideals and the ability of the pact to project their ideals. Newest polls expect the CIU to directly enter the local parliament with 20% of votes as of this moment, elevating the CIU to the biggest potential opposition party. As long as we are willing to showcase our good intentions, people will come to us by themselves. Soon Inino will vote and decide its future and at least a major part of Inino is willing to embrace the new. Communism is the future, and soon everyone can see it.

War on the Horizon!
A sudden spark of Rebellion around HR6680

The initial success of the Montet Advance Fleet in Khrudiyu has failed to keep its momentum. After they secured the entrance to the system, most of their blockades have been broken and any attempt to establish deeper outposts have failed. The local strategist lay fault to the massive entrance star that locks their jumps over 15000 ls away from their military target. Combined with the unconventional warfare and hit and run attacks of the Blue Syndicate, this has made an advance on their position really hard. For now they will try to draw the Blues out for a decisive all out battle by blockading needed supplies. Who would crumble first under pressure remains to be seen.
While the military assault of Montet has been grinded to a halt by guerillia attacks of the defensive Blue Syndicate inside of Khrudiyu, the Crimson Syndicate faces its darkest hour.
The HR 6680 Party for Equality has issued a formal statement, declaring itself the rightful ruler of HR 6680 and its surrounding colony in the name of democracy. While immediately vetoed by the ruling Crimson Syndicate in a later statement and refuted by the authoritarian HR 6680 Party who leads the incursion against the Crimson in the local colony, no one can deny the sudden rise of the Party for Equality in the last weeks. With some planets already in their control and 'system authority' beginning to crack down on 'illegal' goods, the Crimsons authority is at least damaged.
It is no secret that they receive massive support from both the Federation and Montet and might soon reclaim the system in open hostility against the Crimson Syndicate. Some other, more unreliable informations, tell of contracted support that actively sabotages the Crimsons efforts to stop the rise of the Party for Equality. While speculation, a strange bounty has been issued in the local systems to hunt down a certain ASP-X that was seen to frequent between HR 6680 and YK-O D6-109. No one knows the captain's name, but a secret alliance between the HR 6680 Party and the HR 6680 Party for Equality is suspected. This makes a later following conflict with the Republican Party of HR 6680 seem avoidable.

For now the Party for Equality has issued to recognize the HR 6680 Party as the local government of the nearby colony of YK-O D6-109 until democratic elections could be held again with the demise of the Crimsons. A statement once again refuted by the HR 6689 Party. There would be no cooperation, and no alliance has been made. There will only be independance and that has to be guaranteed!

Widespread boom affects the CI-Pact

With the recent successes of diplomacy and expansion, fresh wares flow into the Pact and new labor comes into play to strenghten industrial ties. Also the further decline of hostile corporations inside the Pact's territory losens the need to compete over limited resources and prevents overproduction. All of this prompted the territory to enter a widespread state of boom. Able to react on any influx of wares appropiately, the CI-Pact now opened its ports for individual pilots, paying well for nearly all kind of goods delivered. The industry will use its free resources to make short work of them and distribute them throughout all worlds.
„Shared wealth“, as the spokeswoman stated, „will help spread the word of success about communist economies throughout all of our surrounding sectors.“
To make this promise ring true, all are invited! So pilots, grab your wares and visit the Pact. If it is legal, we buy it for a fair price!

Agreements Cancelled!
Purple Creative on the retreat in Montet

It comes with great surprise and ironical satisfaction that the HIP 87679 Purple Creative Organisation is on the retreat from Montet. As their local director stated, the spark of nationalism in Montet has brought the government to hand out most acquisition contracts to local corporations. With the communists as secondary power and as Montet's ally nearby, there was no hope of indulgence by them either. Some debts couldn't be repaid and now several distributors and suppliers have stopped their cooperations with PCO altogether. This marks a black day for the foul machinations of capitalism, not beaten by force, but their own twisted mentalities.
The price has to be paid, and it will be their retreat from Montet's sphere. The PCO is finished.

After the IHLU and Ajdu had quarrelled for the last days and called on the pact to decide their claims in a universal vote, the pact has decided to postpone the issue until the local pirates have been beaten. 'There is no point to count our chicken's before they hatched.' One official stated and perfectly summed up the decision of the council. There will be no vote!
With the situation calmed down for now, all parties are called to fight the pirates together and not endanger the overall mission. Noone expects the two to like each other for now, but everyone expects them to work together, for the pact and the people.

Heated economy furthers social and political boom!

With the overwhelming support of freelancers and the surrounding sectors following the call to trade in the last days, the dual capitals of Anagorovici and Manite both have announced their new plan to create further aid programs and support new parties in the surrounding systems with the collected resources. This state of expansion followed the unprecedented boom in the recent weeks, which had affected the whole CI-Pact.
While this new endeavour will bind many resources, the Pact has reassured willing pilots that any further trade will still be compensated in kind. Although they delegated it mostly to their banking sector of Djambarex to conduct these transactions from now on.
The wealth itself will continue to be shared, and it will come to the weakest and lost once more, as they lack the ability to get it themselves. We are with you brothers and sisters, so let's join hands.

Coalition of HIP 93639 enters Turbela politics!

While not the greatest of the CI-Pact sectors, the people of Adju serve as one of the Pact's major diplomatic embassies inside the Federation. With their influence reaching as far as Turbela, the local infringement of the nearby Coalition of HIP 93639 on Turbelan territory is not only painful, it is an insult to the hardworking diplomats of the Pact.
The Coalition of HIP 93639 is a minor force in the region, claiming to represent Tereshkova's legacy in its own right. Yet, as of this moment, they actively undermine the efforts of her decendants by engaging in Turbelan politics. Already they start to severe ties long lasting and handcrafted by effort and sincerity between us and Turbela. Soon they might even grasp for a permanent outpost in the system. While the Pact wouldn't care if they did that, the fact that they decided to actively undermine our own position inside of Turbela only hails from their twisted idea of Tereshkova's legacy.
We can not stand for this insult! We need to stop these pretenders and deceivers from ruining the trust our loyal comrades have built. Raise our flag brothers! Show them that our sincerity will not falter in the face of opposition. Let us defend Tereshkova's legacy together!

The Looming Invasion
The war economy of HIP 86385 overheats

Just a shortwhile after their total liberation of Lu Dong Bin and the total communization of the local assets owned by the supporters of the CSB-Syndicate, the warfleet of HIP 86385 has announced the conclusion of their operations in Lu Dong Bin.
With the station fully repaired, a military refueling point established and their home-industry overheating in a boom based on the success in this war and the new resources from this extraction system, the leadership has shown signs of a planned invasion.
With the Great Civil War still ravaging Mawai, an early jump on the weakened Silver Group could lead to a short all out battle for supremacy ere they recover from the terrible blow dealt to the CSB-Syndicate overall.
The signs are clear, as new heavy fighters and interdictors join the Lu Dong Bin warfleet every day. Soon the fleet will make the jump to Mawai and will let loose everything they have.
But for now the economy still is able to supply more ships and the high-command seems bent on only sending out their full force, which will compose of all the local resources once the boom finally dies down. Only the war economical boom's end will signal the invasion.
Maybe the shame of Montet's Khrudiyu Assault might be the cause for this caution, or the urge to overwhelm them with minimal losses. Either way, the force the Communist Republic has gathered is a sight to behold. And a good reason for them to be feared.

The Battle of Reed's Landing
HR 6680's Party for Equality ousted the Crimson Mob from the colonies

The alliance between the republicans and the democrats of HR 6680 seemed like a myth, an early joke during wartimes. The battle that occured in YK-O D6-109 last night silenced all sceptics. In a joint effort, both parties descended onto Reed's Landing, the base from which the CSB-Syndicate launched their cowardly attack on the mining colony of HIP 89396. Surprised by this developement, the defenders had little time to prepare their defense.
Disguised as a common trade convoy, the republicans send in a minor squadron of Pythons escorted by two Assault Ships. None were carrying cargo. In less than a moment, the previous 'subject' and self-declared neutral party in this war jumped on its master and pricked out the bases eyes. Masked by this developement, the advance fleet of the democrats jumped into the system, quickly descended on the forces that were too spread out to conduct the hunt on the republicans and destroyed the last defenses. Before the defenders could come back, the landing forces already took the command center, charging the disabled weapons against their previous masters. Opposed by heavy planetary flak, the Crimson Mob fighters retreated back to HR 6680.
During this success, one of the commanders of the advance force, the infamous ASP-E of HR 6680, was reported to have been shot down during the initial sortie attack on the remnants of the defenders. The fate of the pilot is as of yet, unknown. For now, with their last local base fallen, the Crimson Mob has lost all but their own falsified claims on YK-O D6-109. Their only silver lining being their nemesis finally grounded. Fly safe, pilot, we wish you well! The war for HR 6680 freedom has just begun, and more good people will risk their life for the freedom of their brothers and sisters.
Meanwhile the Autocracy in Exile, the refugees of Montet, has declared they will not submit to the threats of the PCI. They have launched a full on war on the blockade enforced on them by the PCI of Pand. Executive Daren Chan assured all, that their company was more than capable of handling some exiles. He also hinted that their current refuge would make quite the nice base to conduct further trade with the democratic and the republican party of HR 6680. Neither of the other parties did pick an official side in the conflict though.

Rifts in the Alliance?
Conflict over Ilmenses' Future to be solved by Election

During an emergency assembly attended by high ranking members of both sides, the Progressive Party of Montet and the Revolutionary HIP 86385 Union Party have decided to leave the future of Ilmenses up to a public vote. While this display of open democracy seems like a continuation of the well working Freedom Alliance, clear signs of distrust were exchanged between the parties. The euphoric atmosphere from weeks ago is all but gone. With Montet's expected victories on distant horizon's and the populace at home growing restless, the young Federal Interstellar Republic has turned its eyes to new expansion targets. In case of Ilmenses, this quickly drew the attention of their ally, who tirelessly worked on getting the local ownership rights with legal strikes and fair acquisition of assets. Now that attempt had been cast to a vote, an unheard aggressive action by an alleged partner. While the Union Party went with the motion, knowing all workers are on its side, this did not bode well for future relations.
It remains to be seen how and where Montet might see its future, but with its battle over Khrudiyu yet undecided and rifts forming between them and their now war-strenghtened ally of HIP 86385, this might very well erupt into open hostility. It wouldn't be the first time that desperate nationalist tendencies would lash out in frustation at the most common and easy target. But this time, they will be expected.
This little affair has already delayed the invasion of Mawai by the Union Party and any further interference might provoke a proper reaction. Let's all hope it will never come to that again.

War Descends on YK-O D6-109!
An alleged Betrayal of the Republican Party sparks all-out War.

The PCI was still blockading the Exiles from Montet nearby with an enforced ceasefire, while the ale over the victory in Reed Landing was still flowing. Despite the seeming loss of several ships and their local commander, this marked a great first victory for the Party of Equality, which now had an official and well-guarded base for its assault on HR 6680 together with its Republican ally.
Accordingly, the message of the leading commanders survival during the ASP-E's crash sparked a lot of interest and joy among her comrades during the news broadcast. But this led to even more confusion as the PCI's executive director Chan and the still injured and now visually altered commander and envoy of the Pact both declared the attack that had felled the 'Sleeping Meadow' and most of her wing to have been a betrayal and attempted assassination by the Republican Party.
As if to admit its guilt, fighting immediately erupting in several places around Reed Landing, with the endangered Republican Party retreating from the premises with haste and guns blazing to rejoin its main force around Alvares Landing. Several installments have been sabotaged in the process, including the just repaired orbital cannon.
Now full on checkpoints have been implemented, denying any person entry into the system without permission, with every unaffiliated person to be kill on sight. The Republicans that trapped the new staff inside the local base of Reed Landing declared this to be a total war with every thing and everyone being fair game.
In light of the current developements, it seems the very precedence of the alliance was not to betray their warlords, but to lure the enemies commander and her own wing into a trap. With this attempt failed, the Crimson Mob now fights alongside the Republicans against the PCI and the Party of Equality. The winner of this total war has yet to emerge and widespread destruction follows in the wake of this proxy conflict. But the well set-up blockade of the system has already been broken by a newly formed elite corps of the Party of Equality, the 'Black Serpents', a wing of corvettes and anacondas, who are willing to lift the siege on Reed Landing with the aim of destroying the Republicans once and for all by taking Alvares Landing.
With the Party of Equality throwing in most of its resources to free their people and secure YK-O D6-109 as its permanent bridgehead and base to assault HR 6680, this battle might decide the future of this cluster. If this fails, the rebellion might die a 'Crimson' death.

New Worker Unions in Kabiku!
The WMLU expands its Influence towards Kabiku and its Colony RQ-I B24-8

In an earthshaking announcement, the Workers of Manite Labour Union revealed its newest stroke of diplomatic genius. While the local corporation still abused labor laws and hid behind its distant industry inside the five star system of Kabiku, the Union has worked tirelessly to establish a legal labour union inside Kabiku's jurisdiction with the assets secured during the latest boom. Now, with all legal matters settled, the surprised company sees itself opposed on all sides and calls foul. First strikes for better conditions have started and among both systems around eight to nine percent of workers already joined the Pact's newest branch union.
While this doesn't mark the downfall of another exploiting corporation, it surely signals the advent of fair treatment for all its workers willing to join the Pact's protection. We stand with you comrades, demand your rights, fight for your new home!

New Contracts Signed!
HIP 87679 Purple Creative Organisation to stay in Montet!

After many people saw the end of the PCO in Montet, my colleague included, the corporation surprised all its critics by acquiring new resupply contracts with the local government. In the wake of the losses in Khrudiyu, the government saw their new local contractors unfit to keep up with the shifting demands, something the PCO was glad to compensate for. Now, back in government employment, the PCO has announced to only cut down on its employees, but not to entirely retreat from the local markets. With its shares rising again, this marks a continued adversity between them and the Pact, as the PCO is known to use any loop they can find in local labour laws. Our brethren from the Revolutionary HIP 86385 Union Party who guard the interest of workers in Montet have already announced to keep close watch on the company yet again.

Violent Lawsuit over Howe Landing!
The Purple Bridge Exide spits on the Dead of the Latest Trade War!

We wanted to believe the PBE of Kaia Bajaja to have seen reason and to continue to stay in their real field of expertise. And how they did! Instead of caring for the lives lost in their mad attempt of market protection, they now filed a lawsuit over the ceding of Howe Landing after the local interim president had to step down again. The acquisition of this station did happen outside of local laws as they claimed and they wouldn't stop until it was returned. Neither the local populace nor the local government sees this to be true and thus this is nothing short but a declaration of war by the PBE. Yet, unwilling to enforce the matters once again, the government declared this, while legal, to be a matter of the Pact and that it had to secure its own assets itself.
Thus, we hereby call every loyal men and women to step up and throw down this preposterous attempt of capitalist reexpansion. The people of Howe Landing are finally free and they don't want to fall into chains again. Let's all give them not only a hand, but a weapon.

Initial Warning/Critique

With the recent patch FD seems to have changed the faction info on the galaxy map. It is near impossible to know if your faction is in any „local“ state now if they don't own the system or without flying to a system of theirs to check the news. I don't want to look through all systems. With a faction as big as the CI-Pact with many proxy factions, this makes writing the Worker's Right a real ton of work now. I might even miss important things altogether.
It also doesn't help to manage a 'confederacy' of factions in the BGS anymore. So FD, maybe you meant well, but you made my game life a near hell... thanks for that. The global info for all systems helped me more to realize something was up AT ALL before I searched for it. Now I might know if something is up in an owned system much easier, but not if it is a minor conflict during invasions or civil wars for non-ruling factions. So those are now all hidden! I don't want to check all systems from now on over and over due to general suspicion during a global „none“ state.

Well no further comment on this 'improvement'! If the Worker's Right gets shorter or discontinued, it is because of that.

Call for a Home!
The Terraforming of Anagorovici continues.

Despite some minor setbacks, Anagorovici 1 and 2 are still on the rise. With Anagorovici 1 still in its planning stage and Anagorovici 2 well on its way, many people of the CI-Pact still hope to see the birth of our new shared homeworld in the near future. Many proposals for a suitable name of Anagorovici 2 have been submitted already, but aside of some minor screening, no dedicated work has been started on the official name for our future home.
Many analysts believe, that without a major focus of the Pact's resources and workforce, the project may very well last several more years to reach acceptable perimeters for human life. In that respect, the local stations of Wisniewski-Snerg and Coblentz are doing their best to ensure a quick but ecological adaption of the local climate and atmosphere to support human life without shelters and would like to encourage all local pilots to continue their support for this long and austere endeavour. Every delivery counts and even one more processing base on the planet can mean the difference of weeks.
Only together can we create a future for ourselves and for our children in this beautiful new sector of the Milky Way. Let's do it today, for a better tomorrow in the region we now call our home.

Successful Elections in Cotin!
Cooperative joins hands with the CIU to defeat the Gliese Cartell

During an official meeting between the CIU and the local cooperative, both parties drafted a plan to face the surrounding threat in the form of the Gliese Cartell together. The abductions and slavery of the Cartell had also affected the mining system of Cotin and with the economic ties between the Pact and Cotin at an all time high, an official enquiry to join the Pact was submitted.
After a short referendum of the local members of the cooperative and a following universal suffrage of the workers of Cotin, the system now officially signed the contract to join the core systems.
To show the strength of this new kinship, the CIU has send out another squadron to control and secure the local space around the navigation beacon inside of Guei Goab, one of the Cartells outposts.
With the increase in vigilante justice inside previously lawless systems by the Pact, it remains without any doubt, that the Cartell might decide to face the forces soon. They can't hide forever if their direct authority is threatened. A situation many people around the slave market of Gliese 4014 can't wait to see soon enough.

The 'Black Serpents' Succeed!
The Party for Equality secured YK-O D6-109 with minimal losses.

After having broken through the blockade of YK-O D6-109 and reinforcing Reed Landing, the special unit and first warfleet of the Party of Equality has soundly defeated the Republican Party that had created its own authoritarian haven inside the CSB-Realm.
Despite their initial military advantage of advanced heat and plasma weaponry, new shields and specialized cooling units supplied by the PCI proved valuable to disarm the major advantage of the Republicans, making it all about sheer staying power. Something the Corvettes and Anacondas of the Party for Equality knew to deliver even against the superior force of their adversaries.
After the Republicans subsequent betrayal during the Battle of Reed Landing, this heroic victory not only secured the Equality's local outpost again, but the whole system now serves as their forward base in the rebellion against the Crimson Mob in HR 6680 and supplies them with all they need to strike them down. Having witnessed this impressive display of military might, victory really might soon be in reach.
While the PCI of Pand takes on the remnants of the Republican's allies on the planet, the Party for Equality is free to prepare the final onslaught on the Crimson Mob to finally put an end to the head of the syndicate, leaving Blue and Silver to the mercy of their Federal and Pact assailants.

Manite and its neighbors resume their economic success.

After the WMLU had successfully acquired shares and resources in the area around Kabiku, the influx of new wares and the still remaining huge forex has led to a resurgence of the previous boom. Once again the Labour Union of Manite and its surrounding systems of Ayores and Adju invite all pilots to share into the wealth of the Pact and see for themselves the true benefit of well executed communism.
After the initial run on the local resources though, the Spokeswoman would like to remind independant pilots to first request the list of official condoned goods inside the Pact's sphere, as some illegal wares had to be confiscated the last time around.
The Pact will not be held accountable for loses incured due to a lack of knowledge of importation laws. All information is provided beforehand for those willing to come.

The Invasion of HR 6680 Has Begun!
The Party of Equality has send all its ships against the Crimsons

Only hours ago, the whole warfleet departed Alvares Landing, leaving only basic defenses for a potential attack by Crimson stragglers. They are told to unite with the rest of the new fleet inside of HR6680 from their hidden rebel base on a local moon which already begun the hunt of any ships even loosely tied to the Crimson Mob, including any hired assassins and bounty hunters. How much ships the Party of Equality has amassed with the help of the PCI, CI-Pact and the Federation is unknown, but if they go for a full on assault, one can only deem it adequate for the job.
In the days preceding this all out assault, several Type-9 convoys accompanied by Viper IV were supplying the desperate Mob with food and weaponry, making the oncoming siege potentially last weeks, if not months. To counter this effort several last minute transports of refined metals and ship parts made its way to the rebel bases to ensure a lasting effort against the Syndicate without any weakness in their own frontline. If this last ditch effort of the Mob will have stopped the oncoming tide is therefore more than questionable.
We wish our democratic brothers and sisters safety and success. May their victory be swift and without much losses. We might soon see the Crimson's Perdition!

Military Council Comes to Session in HIP 86385!
The Invasion of the HIP 86385 Warfleets seems imminent.

The appointment of the briefing was short. In a quick message to the local commanders, the leaders of the local fleets were called to sit in attention during the newest military council. Many stormed into the local station to even attend in time.
Apparently the developements of Khrudiyu and Mawai have led the leadership of the Revolutionary Party to reconsider their overlong preparation phase for its ongoing invasion plans as people continue to die with no peace in sight. Yet, despite our best attempts, all details from inside the council were classified and kept as top secret.
With the newest disaster ravaging Khrudiyu and the continued failures of Montet after the rise of tensions in Ilmenses, this could mark a change of plans to liberate the hungry people of Khrudiyu on their own accord. Especially with the democratic rebels slowly but steadily coming out on top in the war against the Silver Gang's truchsess in Mawai, this would be a not unpopular choice, leaving the rest of the Silver Corps to the local inhabitants they once enslaved.
No matter the result of this movement, the warfleet has awoken and it will soon find a target. Maybe we will be just as surprised as their soon to be enemy.

Anagorovici receives overwhelming support for its newest plans

Not only carries Anagorovici the hope of our people in the form of our future home, it also continues to stand as the lighthouse of communism in the dark sea of corporate exploitation that liberated the industrial centers of Tjupali and Anagori in short order. Daily, new connections are formed, new parties founded to attend neighboring elections and new assets secured to be shared among our brothers and sisters.

Khrudiyu on the Brink
Montet's total blockade leads to a humanitarian disaster.

After it has been besieged for weeks, the system of Khrudiyu now suffers widespread shortages of even the most basic commodities. This inhumane total blockade failed to hit its target, as the Blue Syndicate doesn't care who suffers and simply seizes all from the poor people, just like they did before the war. Only this time they have no means to get something else.
If Montet continues its overboarding measures that target first and foremost Khrudiyu's people, the death toll will only continue to rise... and it will be the Blue Syndicate that will die last.
My heart can only hope that the Blues see reason and surrender or that Montet will stop its total blockade of all convoys to the station, as every day without food is another human dying, bit by bit. And along their humanity withers with them.
This is not what the Freedom Alliance should fight for, this is a genocide, pure and simple.

Victory in HR 6680!
The Party for Equality triumphs over the Crimson Mob!

The final victory of the Party for Equality came as swift as their claim for the right of governance in the HR 6680 cluster: First Reed Landing, then YK-O D6-109 itself and now HR6680. In less than two weeks, democracy has triumphed over the old despotism and anarchy that held this region of space hostage.
After a short and intense skirmish around the gas giants of HR 6680, the retreating forces of the Crimson Mob prepared for a lasting siege of the McAllaster Port. Yet, in wise preparation, many supporters had been placed through false convoys in the loosely connected system of the mob and sabotaged the defenses from inside to invite the main forces of the democratic front into the docking bay. After the short battle had been a resounding victory for the corvette fleet and the 'Black Serpents', the fighting continued on the streets of the McAllaster Port, where supporters of the democratic movement and freed slaves hunted down their previous cruel masters. Even now many mobsters are presumed to die at the hands of the rearmed people they once oppressed.
While the liberating forces of the Party for Equality now secure sector for sector of the station and impose strict law enforcement to capture and trial the surviving mobsters, the death toll will surely continue to rise until the whole complex is secured. Despite feelings of hatred towards these genocidal criminals, we shouldn't condone the abandonement of the rights so hard fought. Order has to be reestablished!
Either way, this can only be seen as the end of the Crimson Mob, which marks the mightiest member of the CSB-Syndicate to have fallen first. This leaves the besieged Silver and Blue Mobs to suffer the same fate so fortune will in the coming weeks or months. Nonetheless, the Syndicate will never be as strong again.

Thus, we leave HR6680 and its brave freedom fighters to reclaim their humanity and freedom as we look to the stars and join them in the fight for liberty once more. But we have to stay wary not to become, what we once defeated.

Witch Hunt in Mali!
Death Squadrons hunt the local Citizen Party!

In an effort to silence the growing socialist opposition towards the exploitation by the local corporation in Mali, the administration has decided to employ the local militia called the Regulatory State of Mali. After initial harassments and threats which were ignored by the proud and brave socialists, further employment of force and unlawful imprisonment occured.
Now, on the brink through these cruel methods, envoys have come to the Pact to request military aid in their struggle. All attempts to settle the matter peacefully have failed and with the first deaths occuring by 'accident', the Workers of Mali Citizen Party sees no other way as to rely on outside interference to set things right.
As of today, this request for military aid has been granted. All further attempts to intimidate the people of Mali will be sanctioned by the Pact and any unlawful prison will be shut down by force if they don't dissociate from any unlawful acts. This, the militia and the corporation have brought onto themselves and the Pact is more than willing to reap what they sowed.

The War against Piracy Spreads!
The Blue Brothers have been cornered by Adju

In an effort to further remove the scourge of piracy from our local clusters, the Citizen Party of Adju has lend its support towards the democratic government of HIP 90055. Terrorized by the mighty mob that calls itself the Blue Brotherhood, the local security already gave up on all attempts to crack down on criminal activity.
Seeing as the Pact declared war on the CSB-Syndicate and sanctioned the Gliese-Cartell, the local rulers sent envoys to ask for the support in pacifying their own system. Now, days later, the Citizen Party of Adju is ready to strike on the Smith Observatory to reclaim it for the people which are as of now enslaved by the mob. Smith Observatory is not only a major planetary port of the system, it also marks the main base of the Blue Brothers inside of HIP 90055, thus breaking the backbone of the scoundrels terrorizing and mugging the honorable traders within.
May their defeat be quick and swift, as the shackles of misguided anarchy are put to rest once more.

For weeks now, the CI-Pact has invited independant pilots to deliver necessary goods for the terraforming of Anagorovici 2 and the overheating economy of the Pact. Yet, despite the great acceptance, the economy only continues to grow, increasing their production of rare goods like liquid oxygen in the local refineries and valuable equipment for ships in the local shipyard, with the prices remaining at an all time high for imports.
In a short statement, Spokeswoman Odette Owen complimented the efforts of her brothers and sisters, stating the following:
„If there ever has been any doubt or lack of proof that democracy, communism and social wealth can go hand in hand, I am certain we have as of now refuted any such nonsense. It even now continues to support all non-communist governments around it. A true government needs its people and thus a government build by well-educated, integrated and empathetic people will naturally convert into communism.“

The Battle of Mawai
The Labour Party turns the Tide

After the Labour Party of Mawai had destroyed the major part of the Silver Gang's loyal subordinates in a long and bloody civil war, the group quickly found support among the local populace and received major financial support from outside forces. With the prospect of freedom at hand and a renewed independance in sight, many are willing to die in the name of hope and a better future. A hope not unlike many in these days of the pirate wars that had started with the attack of the CSB-Syndicate on the mining colony of Manite.
After the people of Mawai had lost their independance with the rise of the Silver Gang from Lu Dong Bin and their subsequent invasion of the federal shipyard of Mawai to enhance their fleet, this turn of event was indeed unexpected. Especially with the forces of HIP 86385 still not on the move.
Yet, reports tell of a small wing of red ships supporting the Labour Party's struggle and many believe they are an advanced elite force of the CI-Pact that had decided to support local forces in their push for freedom instead of risking a drawn-out war with its own people. If this rings true, the newly formed ties might speed up the process of a seccession from the Federation and a willing accession to the Pact later on.
Whatever motivated this sudden turn of events is in the end irrelevant, for every day the Silver Gang crumbles sooner, is another day in freedom for Mawai's people.

First Patrols in Q Scorpii!
The CIU continues to enforce Order

In the light of several former and new CI citizens being freed from the slave markets of Gliese by undercover agents, the CIU has send another border patrol to the system of Q Scorpii to enforce order and save its citizens from any misguided attempts. Q Scorpii has been in the hands of the local cartell for a long time. While the system never fully submitted to the cartell's demands, their resistance never went past the defense of single settlements and it couldn't prevent constant abductions of future slaves.
Now, with the advent of the CIU fleet, the first colonists petitioned the CIU to restore order and free them from the local tyranny. After many failed attempts to fight back the cartell, the local factions lost nearly all trust in them and most people don't believe a new and supported government would be able to resist a potential return of the Gliese cartell. Thus, first voices call for a proper accession to the Pact after the fleet drives the last pirates off.
Asked to comment on this request the spokeswoman Odette Owen of the CIU decided to not make any promises.
„If the people of Q Scorpii are to be truly free, all of them have to decide to join the Pact, together. We will not force a greater minority to suffer the wishes of a minor majority. A later accession to the Pact demands the support of most of the major parties of Q Scorpii and a pledge to our ideals, laws and principles.“

Escalation in Kabiku!
The Kabiku Bridge Industry loses Bruce Enterprise

In the wake of the sudden appearance of the Worker's of Manite Labour Union as defender of socialist laws among the worker's of the KBI, the local corporation decided to engage the union in a minor tradewar. Through stock market manipulation and new stocks in general, it managed to poison many of its assets and lowered the shares of the former holders, forcing the WMLU to refuel their assets with desperately needed financing to stay relevant in corporate decisions.
This strategic assault prompted the WMLU to meet up with many of the other disgruntled investors, offering them extreme prices for their shares in Bruce Enterprise. A sudden hostile takeover came as a surprise to the KBI, who never expected the WMLU to engange them on the field of capitalism. Their willingness to pay out investors was so unlike everything the KBI had planned for.
Prompted to comment on this, the WMLU declared this to not be a betrayal of principles, but an investment into the future of the people with the support of the terraforming station of Bruce Enterprise in Kabiku. The local worker's need a future and a place to call their home. Once again their work shall create their own fruits. Thus, the new shares were distributed freely among all citizens without a major income. This smart move not only indirectly cut out Bruce Enterprise from the KBI proper, it also indirectly laid the foundation for future democratic votes inside the KBI. In a last ditch attempt, the KBI declared the shares void and forcefully demanded to pay them back to deny the holders any right to vote inside the corporation. As the KBI went as far as ignoring the shares and attacking unionists of the new democratic council, the WMLU stepped in and destroyed their hunting squads.
With the fleet of the WMLU now securing the skies of Kabiku, an indirect takeover has been conducted. No one doubts that the next stockholder's meeting will officially condone this step and hand over the ownership of Kabiku to the WMLU in more than just name. After all the people have only the KBI to turn back to, the group that has exploited them for years and tormented them for weeks.

The Tragedy of Kaia Bajaja
A Requiem for Enrico Fyodorov

It is with sincere regret, that we must report that the war that was initiated by the PBE to retake Howe Landing in Kaia Bajaja has been lost by the People Party of Djambarax.
After an initial success against the attempted reclaimation of the planet by the PBE, the new lend-lease initiative of the superpowers overwhelmed the defenders as a Farragut Battlecruise jumped into orbit during a major battle. While the defenders of Howe Landing were winning the battle, the advent of the federal behemoth quickly turned the tied and killed many proud defenders before the general retreat could be initiated. Our respected comrade and coworker Enrico Fyodorov died aboard his Python in the midst of the retreat, while he secured the rear for his friends and allies, by an unfortunate hit of the Farragut's beamlaser phalanx.
It is unclear how the Purple Bridge Exide could muster the capital for a short-term lease of a battlecruiser, but its impact was felt beyond the borders of Kaia Bajaja. After this terrible hit to the Djambarex fleet, it is unclear if the local party can muster any attempts to strike back against the PBE or even pursue its other endeavours against piracy and corruption in the area.
Enrico Fyodorov leaves behind his beloved wife, his friends in and outside the Worker's Right and his many readers and fans. While his temperament and fervor for the revolution was at times excessive, his good-hearted nature and devotion to his friends and family will remain with us until the end of our own days.

A Further Step to Galactic Unity!
Grabil and Decht join the Pact proper

In light of the recent accomplishments of the Pact, two of its long-term allies, the Decht Revolutionary Party and the Citizen Party of Grabil decided to apply for full membership as official and equal members of the other states. Being long-term allies, this decision was quickly approved by the following system conference of the core systems.
Decht had a defense fleet of the CI-Pact long before this request and will continue to rely on it to defend against the local pirate cartell. Yet, the new status as a full member of the CI-Pact could also see Decht to expand and flourish like many others before them did. What their future holds remains open, but they can rely on all their comrades to come to their aide in times of need.
The Citizen Party of Grabil on the other hand has been long known to stand on its own feet, supporting local populaces to rise up against corporate oppression. Coinciding with their application for full membership was a conflict with the Wogaman Company which finally surrendered in the morning of today. With Wogaman joining the sphere of Grabil, their influence in the border region of the Federation will only continue to grow and help defend the watchful from the falcons beyond.

The Proxy War of Ilmenses
Peaceful Acquisition of Ilmenses ends with Fire

After the Socialist Union of HIP 86385 won the bid for the system rights against Montet in an open election, they began to buy out the local corporations to take over the system proper by non-aggressive means. With each accumulated share, the freedom and fair treatment of the local workers seemed to draw nearer until the peaceful acquisition turned into an open war.
An unknown force had assaulted envoys and members of the economic forum travelling from HIP 86385 to the mines of Ilmenses to finalize the last payments and transfers of assets. Seeing as the initial attack wasn't an accident and consecutive attacks on all ships affiliated with the Revolutionary Party of HIP 86385 continued, the Socialist Union saw it necessary to dispatch their elite squadron from the invasion fleet to deal with the 'Black Ships' which tormented the system in the name of a seemingly unknown power.
When the ink was dry and the wrecks of their assailants still smoldered, the Ilmenses Partners accused the Revolutionary Party of indiscriminate slaughter of all other, including their ships, during the short but intense conflict. Yet, despite the claim of Ilmenses Partners to be uninvolved in the conflict, secret reports indicate not only meetings with Montet's Progressive Party, but also new contracts between the two factions and the willing resupply of the 'Black Ships' at their stations.
With the downfall of the CSB-Syndicate and the current tensions, the Freedom Alliance was nothing but a name by now and this incident of a proxy war might only signal the first major conflict in the region. For now Ilmenses has been liberated from all those that seek to take control of the people within and the first elected ruler of Ilmenses decided to officially join the Socialist Union of HIP 86385 as a full member system.

The End of the Freedom Alliance!
The Invasion Fleet of HIP 86385 sails for Khrudiyu

After a very long preparation, the drastic situation in Khrudiyu finally forced the hand of the government of HIP 86385. While the Mawai Independance Movement was able to stand on its own, the Socialist Union saw it necessary to officially condemn the act of the Progressive Party of Montet in Khrudiyu as a war crime and demanded the immediate lift of the blockade to feed the populace. When no answer arrived, the fleet was dispatched together with their supply ships to deliver food to the besieged stations of Conway Landing and Cartier Port which was consecutively attacked by two parties. Overeager ships from Montet and to the saviors surprise an exile fleet of the Lu Dong Bin Silver Gang from Mawai tried to assail the convoys.
After Lu Dong Bin lost its last harbor of piracy in a glorious victory for the Mawai Freedom Fighters under Mawai Labour, they immediately decided to strike at the people they thought responsible for their oust, even though they wounded their old allies in the process.
Thanks to the major escort of nearly the entire invasion fleet, aside those called back deal with an assault in Ilmenses, the initial delivery was a success. While it didn't end the local famine, no one really had to die anymore.
Asked about their personal stance towards this gesture of humanity, the Blue Partnership seemed troubled. A member who asked to stay anonymous gave to report that the Blue Partnership knows its done for. Now all they can hope for is to surrender to the right party and to get away with their lives. With major parts of the HIP 86385 invasion fleet now engaged in a stand-off with their previous ally Montet, it remains to be seen who, if any, fires the next shot in this uneasy truce. There can be no doubt the Freedom Alliance ended today, as the last battle for freedom in this cluster is the one for the lives of those traped in Khrudiyu.

The Gunboat Diplomacy of Montet
The newly liberated Mawai gets an early 'visit' from its new 'allies'

It is more than a commendable achievement if the people of a nation, planet or whole system unite to fight for their own freedom. Not lead by greed or the lust for power, but by the urge to be free and to find their freedom among the stars. The Mawai Labour Party has achieved such a dream with terrible losses in the early phase but a resounding victory in the latter stages of their war for freedom against the last remnants of the Silver Gang. Granted they had a little outside help, but the people that fought and died were their own. Now the second of the great three syndicate members has fallen and with them the system of Mawai once again experiences a new era.
The tragedy of the situation should be the tremendous loss of lives this conflict had caused them, and yet the surprising advent of the Montet Fleet in the system just as Khrudiyu was supported by HIP 86385 already heralds a more terrible truth. Ere the dead are mourned and ere the dust has settled, the new 'Interstellar Federal Republic of Montet' put down its claim inside of the system as they did in HR 6680, seeing them as just another wayward sheep of the Federation returning to its shed.
With little to no time they forced the local interim government to join up with them and be part of their new plans for the cluster, one that directly puts them at odds and into opposition with the Socialist Union of HIP 86385 in Khrudiyu and beyond.
While Montet proposed there would be free elections inside of HR 6680 and Mawai past the war against the CSB-Syndicate, neither system has as of yet announced to accept socialist parties amongst their candidates and no elector ever decided to join the Interstellar Federal Republic due to universal suffrage. For both instances, Montet still owe's the local governments and the Pact any explanation. While some wish this to be a maneuver to win over their own populace in the oncoming elections, many believe this to be their new general stance regarding their foreign politics.
A new Republic that was forged with proud fleets patrolling in both, their home and their member systems, parading the industrial power of Montet like a peacock its feathers. Let's all just come clear. This is an act which can only be described as archaic gunboat diplomacy of the lowest denominator and Montet does not shy away from taking the lowest road possible.

Irens Dock Resumes Work!
Irens revival questions Meta-Alloy Boom

Irens Dock in Manite has been only one of many victims of terrorist attacks based on biological warfare surrounding the unknown artifacts. While the dead can never be returned, the survivors of this cruel act had banded together to reactivate the old Lady once again, without the use of any meta-alloy in the process. For now, at least, they succeeded, as the basic food distribution is back online, as well as the shipyard.
This success, if only minor, calls into question the tremendous loss of life that has been incurred on the Barnacles in the name of repairing the damage done to other statons. While this versatile material might have been useful to quickly switch out damaged parts and to reinforce the structures again, it however is just one replacement over another.
With determination and effort, Irens is back alive and even if it takes years, the CI-Pact will try to undo most of the damage by conventional means alone. No Barnacle will be harmed in its continued repairs!

The End of the CSB-Syndicate?
A secret meeting announced in Cartier Port

The streets of Cartier Port are once again calm, after a sudden wave of unrest inside the Blue Partnership had affected it and the nearby settlements. It was a short but violent conflict between those seeking peace at all cost and those wanting to stand and fight. I am happy to report that reason has triumphed over greed in this matter.
With the new leadership of the Blue Partnership now in control, a meeting between the Socialist Union of HIP 86385 and the remnants of the CSB-Syndicate has been appointed for this weekend. If this will contain the unconditional surrender of Khrudiyu or just a simple request for humanitarian aid in return for concessions by the Partnership is unknown. But for once the whole sector can hope that this terrible and short war will soon come to an end.
With the advent of a socialist victory in Khrudiyu, the Montet fleet already shows signs of retreat.

The Gliese Cartell Retreats!
The CIU expands its influence in the region.

Shortly after the CIU had scouted the territories of the Gliese Cartell and freed several slaves from the local markets, the local admirality finally decided to strike this weekend. In a quick and precise assault, the pirates controlling Guei Goab were completely driven out, giving control of its assets and the freedom to live without fear back to the people.
The local admiral proclaimed this to be only one in a line of many attempted victories in the following months. After the CSB-Syndicate has fallen around Manite, it is now time to end the Gliese Cartell as well. The CI-Pact has declared that piracy and, most of all, slavery has no place in its vicinity.
Following this quick success of the CIU in Guei Goab, it comes with even greater delight, that their newly founded local branch has been permitted to attend the oncoming elections in Sanui as well. Let's hope our comrades in Sanui will be as successful as their comrades in Tjupali. For every vote for communism, is a vote for freedom from fear and need.

Mawai rejects Montet!
HIP 86385 accepted for the oncoming election.

In a surprising statement, the Mawai Labour party has decided to honor its agreement despite Montet's objections. As of now the Revolutionary Party of HIP 86385 has been accepted among the candidates for the elections later this year.
If this will cause conflict between the two parties and endanger their alliance remains a major concern for all parties involved, but following their statement, HIP 86385 offered its fleet to protect the government of Mawai instead.

„We believe that democarcy isn't based on a slate, but we fought to the death for the right of our people to express their wish by one. Yes, we love the Federation and we hope our people stand with us on this. But we will not shy away from their wishes regardless of their final shape. We bleed together, so let's now vote for our future together. In the end it wasn't the Federation that came to our aid when the Silver Gang killed our brothers and their goons robbed us blind. It was our neighbors, Communism Interstellar among them.“

The CSB-Syndicate Surrenders!
Khrudiyu accepts near unconditional surrender

After several days of intense negotiations, the Blue Partnership has transferred the authority of Khrudiyu onto the Socialist Union of HIP 86385 in a formal peace agreement. The agreement considers Khrudiyu as property of its people and has called for future elections to be conducted in Cartier Port once the system has calmed down and the infrastructure is back online. Meanwhile HIP 86385 will take over Conway Landing and ensure the safety of Khrudiyu's citizens. With the paint hardly dry, the Socialist Union has called upon Montet to remove its battle fleets from its sovereign territory and to retreat home.
Beaten in war and with its self-announced states of Mawai and HR 6680 defecting Montet's claim, the beaten Federal 'Interstellar' Republic sees itself at an all time low. Elections are just around the corner and the lost war for Khrudiyu and its own foreign misadventures didn't endorse the ruling party to its populace. For many the 'Progressive' in the party's name has become a synonym for decline, the only constant in the war for the beaten regional power.
Meanwhile the socialist party in Montet, openly allied with HIP 86385 and flirting with an admission to the Union, has seen a major increase of support for its future plans for the industrial hub. Thus, the CSB-War in its final conclusion might not only be then end of the famous crime syndicate, but also of the former federal behemoth in the region in its wake.

The Spokeswoman, Lady Shepard, of the Socialist Union expressed her gratitude to all pilots involved in its downfall and wishes for the souls of HIP 89396 to finally know peace. Now that the region has been pacified, both governments, the Socialist Union of HIP 86385 and the CI-Pact, have announced plans for another attempt to colonize HIP 89396 in earnest. Joining hands in their everlasting alliance, both women promised one thing:

"WE BUILD IT UP AGAIN!"
