Hello everyone! This story is a sequel to M. Lehman's story, Supernova. If you haven't read Supernova, some things in this story may not make sense, or include spoilers for what happens in that. Matt made a great story with Nova in it, so I encourage you to read that too! This will also be the only thread I make for Judges, so I'll update this post with a link to each new chapter as it's made! I welcome any and all feedback!

I caught this kind of by chance on Inara, without knowing it was a followup to an earlier story.

You'll be pleased to know it holds up as a standalone story - the writing's good and it's a very good read in its own right. It backreferences the past just enough that it makes sense even if you've missed the earlier story.
