There's this constant icon hovering above the exoedition center. Its perfectly functional but it seems to be the only building with this hovering over it constantly and it is starting to bug me. Anyone know?

What's the icon look like? There's usually an icon telling you that the expedition is not out and ready to go

Website keeps saying "oops" whenever I try to attach
It means that you can send your Expedition Team out on an expedition to find more fossils
