Ok, here's a thought...
What if there was a mechanic for issuing challenges to another player. If the other player accepts, they are placed in a CQC arena 1v1? This would mean they could only utilize their CQC loadouts in the match.
And a disclaimer on this, I am in no way condoning the idea of safe vs pvp zones, the universe should not be changed in that respect, just thinking about a way to make use of the arena.
