Often when CQC is discussed, you'll see people expressing the fact that not many people play anymore
. So it'd be great to put our heads together and come up with some solutions . We've had CQC for a long time now so it's not surprising that people have got tired over the last couple of years as there's currently very few levels and ships.
I hoped season 2 would have new planetary based maps - perhaps over various settlements and structures we already have throughout the galaxy. Unfortunately these haven't appeared just yet but when Frontier inject new life into CQC, it'll benefit all platforms including PC, but also more typical console players using PS4 and Xbox.
Frontier were saying from the start that they wanted true cross platform play so I think it'd be the perfect opportunity for them to pioneer it will CQC, along with various updates:
• The Taipan added
• Lots of new levels (incl around places we can visit since 2.0)
• A leaderboard (so it actually feels like a championship)
• More rewards
• The ability to chat in game
• NPC queue filler
• As mentioned in the build up to 1.4 - your CQC prestige icon next to your name when players see you everywhere
• Perhaps another part for Engineered CQC fighters which you need to build in game (to tie them together)
What are your thoughts and ideas please?
