I feel like the BGS has a great potential, but it's not used - we are not informed about wars, elections, station ownership changes etc. as they happen, we can just notice it happened. It would be cool to have a kind of news feed/newspaper/news broadcast through third party app about the systems we play a lot in, and also about the most popular systems, such as Deciat, Colonia or super powers capitals.
What would you love to see in the game?
It's not a clearly theoretical question - I'm currently designing a tool for that and I need some ideas and feedback, because I'm kind of stuck.
It could be connected to EDDI or some other third party app to read stuff ingame, or it could be simply a personalised newspaper online, showing you news about stuff happening in your home system or involving your squadron faction.
