If i buy planet coaster editon, do i get the game when its out or not?

There are a few edition of planet coaster some have early bird access and others don't,
If i want to buy the normal edition the planet coaster edition ( i think its about 30 .- )
Do i get the game when its released?
I know i don't get the early access but that alright

I hope some one can help me out, (sorry for my bad English )

The way I understand it, if you purchase the pre-order version without the early bird, you will get the full game when it is released and should not have to pay anything extra. As you said, without buying into he early bird, you cannot pay the game during alpha and beta development.
