I also wonder, if i want to startover and clear my save, do i loose my ARX income because i apparently did a rookie mistake when i've waste my CR on wrong stuff it's and it'¨s hard to make a damn mission without being to far away from the mission destination or the requiered modules is too far way from the mission destination.

You won't lose Arx or any store items if you reset your save. They are tied to your Frontier account.
