if i kill a member of the controlling faction in anarchy system with it affect my rep with them?

so i am in an ANARCHY system where the controlling faction are the pirates of that system, and they control the dock i use, if i attack them for their bounty will i loose reputation with their faction?

Obviously, yes. But you won't get a bounty.
