If its not too late: Chain lifts and LSMs as well as the Hydraulic launch on the new Booster Bikes

Vekoma are making some absolute bangers of coasters lately and it's a joy to finally see the track in game. Combined with train swapping we have some really exciting new-gen Vekomas for us to make.

The announcement said the new coaster comes with a Hydraulic launch which is the old model of the booster - which is great to make the old models, but as far as I know the new ones use magnet launches.

As it stands Hydraulic launches in game on both the models can only be built entirely flat, so assuming the new hydralic launch behaves the same; even with train swapping we are somewhat limited on what we can make with the new track. To anyone coaster savvy we can now make some of the launched Vekomas with a bit of jank, but the lack of magnets mean we can't build them on an incline, and a lack of chain means we can't use the track to make things similar to Lech Coaster.

So, title :)

PS: Still love the update, just a suggestion for us coaster nerds to get as much bang for buck out of the new track.

I'd love to have LSM's on them, too.
I just realized, if we did, with the train swap feature we could kinda make new gen Vekomas (If the new coasters even allow any other types on them)

LSM's would also be nice with the new lapping feature.

It would be lovely to have a chain lift on this too.. Maybe not in time for the release, given they have less than a week, but maybe like they did with the Wingriders and release it afterwards.. :)

It would finally make a great excuse for having two nearly identical coasters in the DLC pack; one has a (magnetic) launch an the other a chain (or kicker wheel) lift). Kinda like the neutral and eagle themed B&M Wing Coaster, only one of them is able to launch which apparently makes it a different coaster type in Frontiers books.

Maybe this is already the case but just not announced, even though it wouldn't make much sense to have a high speed motorbike chase that starts on a slow lift. [big grin]

The track styles look similar enough, so maybe we'll be able to swap the Bike cars onto the Torque's track? Maybe even the Barghest's one in a pinch?

Bump

Played with this coaster for a while trying to get some value out of the cable launch to not much success, the top speed and acceleration, while it is appropriate to the intended coaster is fine, but too slow in both speed and acceleration to get going anywhere in a short space.

So bump with original suggestion :)
