It would certainly be also one of the rare communist planets in the galaxy
The resume sounds like something that would come from Elite.
But if I may add a few lines:
It is a very insular, closed society which resists all contact with the outside world. The few refugees who make it off the planet complain of terrible corruption and poverty.
Since these refugees can generally earn huge sums in reward for these stories, their accuracy may be suspect.
From what little is known, North Korea appears prosperous and well fed, not to mention delusionally happy.
