OK bought a bigger ship with the possibility of a fighter bay in it. bought it for the bigger cargo bay and better shields and armor, but that fighter bay would be nice. but the shipyard that sold it to me has planetary hangers for the quads but none for the fighters bays, so now going to have to use it this way until I find a station or base that has what I need. would be reasonable to assume that any shipyard selling the ship would have the options for it.
If shipyards sell certain ships, then they need to sell all their options
