If you are having problems with jitter

ie your head is still but your image is twitching by a few pixels. (I am not talking about when the game itsself stutters when loading)

I must admit I thought my headset was ok, but I did notice a tiny bit of jitter but not all the time, and i think I read that some people fixed this using a powered USB hub... I do not have one, so I tried to stick it into a USB 3.0 socket..

and I could not believe the difference it made, it was HORRIBLE with so much jitter. I now see what people mean when they say that their VR sometimes seems almost unusable due to jitter!.

I then tried all of the free USB 2.0 slots in my mobo, and, not sure if its in my imagination, but it seems there IS a difference depending on what USB slot you are in. maybe some can supply a tiny bit more power, or have a touch more bandwidth than others (though I have never heard of this before), or maybe their is more than 1 usb controller on the mobo, and if one has more devices attached it struggles more (complete guess).

I know I am maybe preaching to the choir but, I didn't think I had an issue but even so, I think my camera is more stable now. This was most noticeable for me in Elite than any other DK2 app i have tried.
