If you had to choose between animals or items for a next Pack what would you choose?

JWE's building is a simple method compared to PZ. Imo an extra building or scenery in PZ doesn't have the same value to this compared to building pieces in PZ.
even tho the choice is not reasonable, for fun sake, I would like a Building exclusive pack with some content perks
Such as a tour guide/host, an npc that walks groups of people around in a set designated path area setup by the player, these paths are tour guide only walks, and the people can't use the paths unless they are on a tour. The tour could incorporate the various rides as well and they would have specific reservations. The tour guide could also stop for talks along the way as well, to incorporate zoo talks.
More building pieces in a modern and a more rustic style, something that's more nature driven also would be nice, I would love more aquatic plants, I would also love more vfx items that add various 'fake' fauna, like a pigeon spawner or seagul spawner or just scenic biome butterflies/bees/insects and maybe one for water too, like little minnows and or tadpoles and what not, they have no effect on the environment except for visuals, they would just swim/move in a set specific radius from the spawn point set.
I would love more rocks, theres a lot in game and i love all of them, but you can never have enough, maybe more done in the same style but with more pieces to the aquatic plastic rock set. I would love atleast 6+ new keeper gates, i was over the hills about them adding the glass one, but id love more done in the styles of different building sets already in game to better make things more seamless, id love more lighting objects just like a a handful of various types of lighting alternatives, id like for all fences tied to paths to be free'd so we can use them off paths also. Just stuff like that, would be great.
I love the animals, and theres a huge amount of animals in the game already, and i love all of them, but i feel like we are starting to be limited in the variation we can produce for these guys, not enough maps, not enough pieces not enough variety for building them each individually unique places, need more terrain paints, need more water options, need more rock options, stuff like that, but that's just my feels.
