If you have to choose a single bird without an aviary which one do you choose?

I know this qeustion is very hard but in the game there are not enough birds that have only 6 birds. So which bird do you choose? Without an aviary it means no raptors, parrots or toucans.

I choose the Black Swan

Normally I’d say Secretary Bird for sure but I guess I will go with the American white pelican although any will do. It would be great to put these guys in with some other animals.

I would choose the black swan.
Waterfowl is dearly missed in the game and this pretty fella is not only seen in parks around the world but also originated from australia, enhancing their animal roster.
It feels like the perfect mix of common enough outside to be "just some waterfowl" while still being unique enough to have a place in australian themed sections

Swans are common in zoos and can be used in ponds that are not enclosed as well, as their flight feathers are often trimmed. Right now any pond scenery we include that isn't part of a habitat is sadly barren and empty. The game currently has no ducks, geese, or swans at all, and these birds are common in zoos. I think a swan species is needed at least!

Mute swans are pretty, but I believe trumpeter swans are bigger and are also the largest native waterfowl found in the US/Canada and are quite impressive. So I'd vote for Trumpeter swans.

Mute swan for me, if we're choosing swans. They're found all over Europe, North America, New Zealand, and they're in Australia. I totally agree that some more waterfowl are needed, though.
