On a more serious note, and I know he hasn't done well in the past either, but is he senile? Not that it's a laughing matter, but this "performance" is cringeworthy. Michelle and Barack, and everyone else for that matter are struggling to "soften the blow" of his actions.

Still, I don't know what's worse - 45 seconds of this, or Obama borrowing the platform to try and further advance his gun control agenda.
