Hardware & Technical if your 2nd gtx gpu is getting disabled when you install 353.62 update.

after installing latest drivers my 2nd gpu was getting disabled, after chatting in forums concerning this matter we come up with a fix.
go to advanced system settings and tick no to windows updating. install a fresh installation of drivers. as far as I know this is affecting gtx gpu's and win8, 8.1, x64, win 10 x 64.. it appears that it is not affecting all gtx gpu. random is the word!

I think you need to reenable it via BIOS (F2), May be your Integrated Graphic is swapped with your dedicated GPU.
