Second week in a row I've done nothing at all for my pledged power. Everything is already so far above the required goals that it makes very little sense for me to waste time shuttling things back and forth for no reward or reason.

There is some neutrality ( for example: members of empire factions don't target their respective pledglings ). I hope that in time other alliances and or neutralities between other states are coming.
I have to agree though esp. for the Sirius cooperation and for the Alliance neutrality should be the norm ( ex neutral with all save the Archon, Pranav and maybe Patreus ).
I am too ingnoring PP for the time being (and probably for a veery long time). But I have some questions:
First a bit of background of my current status:
I am in uncontrolled space and doing jobs for various factions of these uncontrolled systems - also the factions I am doing jobs for, are sometimes oposing/enemies of each other. I am currently friendly & recruit with federation, unfriendly & none rank with empire and neutral with alliance. My long-term aim is to be allied or at least friendly with all allegiances (not Powers just Allegiances - I stress that) i.e friendly with Feds, Impers and alliance. My questions are:
1. If I am friendly/allied with a specific allegiance will I also be at least not unfriendly/hostile with their respective powers?
2. The jobs that I take from the bulletin board at each station are they affected from powers/PP and consequently affect powers/pp
a) if system is uncontrolled from a power and
b) if system is controlled by a power or is in the process of preperation/expansion
3. If I am taking jobs from a power-controlled system can I still maintain my neutrallity to that power?
4. Form what I understand up to now, powers stand between factions and allegiances for a power controlled system and if the system is uncontrolled it is just factions ---> Allegiance. Is this correct?
